Lol idk who’s worst, forever 21 or this place. If I could give this ZERO stars, I would definitely. Worst customer service, everyone who works there act like they DON’T work in retail which requires customer service. They NEVER acknowledge their customers, PERIOD! I came in to pick up a package & went to find an employee. I found two of them having a whole conversation me not wanting to rudely interrupt I waited a minute till they would at least recognize that a customer was waiting to talk to them, but NO. One of them just looked at me and continued having the conversation. So that’s when I decided to say hello I need help with a pickup! He then pointed to the pickup area. I proceeded to walk that way & no one is even there to help. Employees heard talking in a room but of course still no one is acknowledging the customer LOL the guy and female showed up again scans my order and just hands my item without even apologizing. But then again, I guess they all hate their job. Work from home if y’all don’t want to help people!

Went today, none of the fitting rooms were open and the employees were rude & dismissive about it. No one wants to buy something without trying it, I don’t care what the return policy is. And I agree with other reviews, if you hate your job don’t work there. Do better in Walnut Creek because it was a chaotic mess today, not anywhere I’d want to shop. Couldn’t get out fast enough after 15 minutes.

They deserve zero stars. I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life. Horrible customer service. The manager is useless. Fitting rooms were closed because of short staff but you have 3 people standing at the fitting rooms and when asked why all they said company policy if you don’t like it go shop somewhere else? Like what? Asian dude is an a**hole and honestly deserves to be fired. We asked for his name but of course he didn’t give it. Such a bad experience! 2 other customers walked out right after us. I guess Zara just lose on few hundreds if not thousands.

Couldn’t return the pants cause they have a very outdated system where they can’t scan the barcode and find out what card was used to refund. Shame on Zara tech team and their outdated policy.

Even a one star is too many! Rude and obnoxious customer service! They stated that their fitting room policy is that it is close for the first two hours! And if I don’t like it I can shop somewhere else! The manager and the sales person can’t be more careless and rude! I think they better find a job that they like rather than being so miserable doing what they hate and cause such inconvenience for shoppers!

I had the worse customer service. They have very little people working there, had to wait 15 minutes before I saw an employee. They very rudely told me they couldn’t change my shoes or even look if they had the size for me because they had no people to go to the warehouse. I drove all the way to WC to exchange this item an couldn’t do it. Incompetence.

Poor customer service. Waiting in line for 30min to do a return is a ridiculous. The staff saw a long line but ignored it. They continue talking to their team and making customers wait . I wouldn't come back!

Worse experience ever! Super rude stuff! Horrible! Never experienced this! Changing rooms is a disaster! Sad because I do like Zara. Checking out people are friendly!

Zero stars if possible. Absolutely rude, horrific customer service, even when you call in to their customer service line. Return policy is an absolute joke. The staff clearly hate their job.

We just went in and all fitting rooms in the store are closed. There’s no sign or anything. How can a Zara store not have any fitting room open at all times? And letting customers waste their time and only finding out when you want to try it out? Terrible service. Very disappointed.
