Very nice store. Lots of selection. Many overpriced clothes, and then a clearance section for those formerly overpriced clothes that didn't sell. Not approached by an employee in the hour I was there.
Love Macy’s in Walnut Creek, always lots of things to choose from. This is my favorite shopping place. Regular sales, convenient and good quality shopping. Located just in the heart of the downtown with multiple parking and food options. Indeed, recommend it for shopping alone or with family
Great experience!!! A couple of days ago. I visited Macy’s broadway plaza for cosmetic. I was very impressed with 3 beauty advisors; 1. Antonia who is super friendly who lead me to see ; 2. ZOZI a beauty artist who had help me to find a best color of foundation to match my skin tone. 3. “Esther “ who has been helping me anytime I come to Estée Lauder , she is always very friendly , happy to help. Great lady. I was very impressed with these 3 ladies , very patient , took their time to help, friendly and great people They are great assets to Macy’s!!!! Thank you ladies,
A huge store, but their selection of women's clothes for teens was disappointing
Maybe I am picky because I used to be in retail, but I always find customer service at Macy's just ok. It is not bad, but it just never extraordinary for me to give them 5 stars. Having said that, most Macy's have a very good selection and usually some great sales. They had good deals at this location, but I find their men's department too be small. All in all, a good visit and picked up 3 coats to get me through winter when I love to Tennessee in November.

It used to be nice to go into Macy's. But trying to buy something there is a struggle now... The service is sooo bad. Yesterday I almost walked out when trying to purchase an item. I will rather buy somewhere else or online.
Brought an expensive watch for resizing. Candice helped us throughout the process in a very professional, respectful manner keeping patience & answering all our questions. Must say that I received one of the best customer service thanks to Candice.
Macy's has lost its customer service focus. You are no longer greeted with a smile and a welcome; rather, you are made to feel like you are intruding upon the sales clerks' days.
Quality products but the store is very understaffed. the clerks were helpful and friendly but simply overextended. This makes shopping less enjoyable than it used to be
