I got this AirPod just a bit over a month ago. Since my previous one failed. I took out from the original package and put it in my AirPods protector case right away never took it out until I need to send it back to Apple due to the charging case error. I told them please handle with care. It was brand new and I don’t wanna receive with scratch. And of course, I got this scratch on the back side of the charging case after I went pick up. Spoke to their manager and she told me she wasn’t there to witness if the person scratch my AirPods also said don’t know my 3rd party protector is that well to prevent the scratch. Said maybe I had this before it sent back. I feel like I’m totally wasting my time to told to her. Never bought AirPods again!
I must have caught all of the employees on a bad day because no one was interested in helping me get a new phone. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they didn’t know the process of how to set me up with my AT&T service. They seemed bored and I had to push for every bit of help, even though the store was not busy. After over an hour in the store with my 2 month old, they told me that in order to get the military discount, I had to order the phone online and then come back to pick it up and then go to AT&T to actually set it up no offer to order it online on one of their 30 computers in the store…The only reason I’m not giving one star is that my husband went back that evening and his experience was fine. However, for a new mom without a working phone and who doesn’t run errands just for fun, it was very frustrating to have to waste so much time and to find employees so uninterested in selling iPhones.
I was having an issue with my Air Pods and decided to stop in to see if they could be fixed or if I would need to replace them. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in and see me in a short amount of time. The technician was able to determine the problem was with the Air Pods and not caused by me. They replaced the Air Pods with brand new ones for free! That was definitely unexpected, but really appreciated. The store was clean. The employees were prompt, courteous and professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this Apple Store location!
Horrendous customer service and unprofessional Manager. I have a iphone from my job which malfunctioned stop working in 2 months of ownership. I walk in first told it's better to come another day after driving 45 minutes to this store. I agree to the waiting list. Told repeatedly If Im 5 minutes late on the waiting list Ill be bumped off. Im texted told to return and the Tech states I must continue waiting they are helping others customers. FINALLY I get assistance Im told even with a warranty through my job for a new phone they might have to mail my phone off. They are unable to turn my phone on. After a long explanation of how my company warranty is nothing Suddenly I able to get a refurbished iphone. When trying to acces my account..I can not remember my icloud id. Im then treated like I stole my work phone. Even with the original box from purchase. My cellphone number and company name. Im told to send my iphone back to my company IT out of state to unlock or get my icloud id. I call the service provider for my phone on my personal iphone ...miraculously the manager turns on my broken phone. After the tech claimed it was not functioning. I asked the manager how the phone cut on. He told me don't worry about it. I ask for the icloud ID on my now working work phone. The manager stops snatched the phone and states he didn't like my tone asking for my ID. At this point I request my spouse to come in the store feeling uncomfortable by the manner this manager is speaking to me. The passive aggressive manager is now super professional informative and helpful with another male standing with me. Im FINALLY given my replacement phone. Not set up, no box, nothing. I request the box the manager has in his hand. The phone came in. He says use your old box. The sad part is I personally requested an Iphone from my employer. I will be trading this phone back to my employer immediately. My next personal phone never another iPhone. Im disgusted by the toxic unprofessional atmosphere of this store. Apple customers require service because the product is defective and the workers at this store act like it's selective to assist customers. Good lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STORE. I have 5K of apple products between myself and son. I will never buy another apple product from my experience today at this location.
I have only been to this Apple Store twice. But both times I had nothing but the best experience. Customer support was quick and attentive; expectations for maintenance times were accurately estimated. Everyone working there seemed to have the customer as most important in what they did.
I see Apple’s dress code has gotten really laxed, pink durags, pants drooping. Service was unsatisfactory ,whole process took 3 minutes. Ran no diagnostics for phone issue, jumped straight into “sell mode” to replace phone that has issues. what’s going on with this branch?
4+ hours waiting for a new cell phone and an Apple watch to be released from the back! Wouldn’t move a finger to expedite the order. But they didn’t hesitate a NY second to cancel the order at my demand. This store is horrible ran by inefficient staff. Stay away.
Completely rush you with any services unless they know you're gonna spend thousands. Getting help at the Genius Bar is taxing, long waits and rushes you since there are always other customers waiting. Apple stores across the nation need to hire more people who actually help with repairs at the Genuis Bar rather than greeters and salesmen. If you need to replace a phone you're better off going to your carrier's store than the Apple store.
This place has it all. You can find the coolest new technology and gadgets as well as some small home goods items such as surround sound speakers, Star Wars toys, and Nest smart home products, such as the Nest thermostat. They always have helpful staff at this place and usually visits can go pretty quickly even on Saturdays when most folks are out and about. We're glad that we have this Apple Store so close to us as opposed to trying to commute out to Fair Oaks Mall. This is truly a gem of an amenity and a welcome addition to the local Woodbridge area.
Friendly staff greeted us when we entered and the staff members who helped us with our purchase were very knowledgeable and willing to explain unique features. There is a wide selection of phones, watches, and other accessories in this store.
