Just visited store in Woodbridge VA, one of the ladies working in store was so rude, I couldn’t believe it. I have worked customer service for ever and that was really bad. I usually just let it go but she is just rude.. I spoke to manager, she apologized for her. I do not feel any better about my experience. Cashier was very pleasant.
There was a friendly woman at the fabric counter that helped me find what I was looking for. I encountered another employee who gave me a friendly greeting. The cashier, Imariah, needs to learn how to handle customer interactions from her co-workers. I went to check out and the cashier was nowhere to be found. She was in another section of the store. Upon noticing me, she returned to her work station. Even though she walked right past me, she did not so much as acknowledge me. She logged into the cash register and still had not acknowledged me, nor greeted me. I handed her my items and asked the price. Once she responded, I proceeded with the transaction. She did her job, but avoided any sort of customer interaction above what she felt was necessary.
Overall, it's just okay. Finding the prices to iteams can be a chore, disorganized merchandise. Staff are friendly, though.
AWFUL. I live an hour away from this store and called prior to making the drive up here, was told that they had the fabric in stock the website also confirmed this and would have my order ready before I arrived, I drove up to the store and it was not ready, allegedly, they couldn’t find the fabric, I told them I’d try to find it myself and it’s no wonder they couldn’t find it, the store is dirty and unorganized, fabric laying everywhere, and the staff is rude and unwilling to help. As I was trying to locate the fabric I needed, they cancelled my order, I finally gave up after nearly a half hour of looking, wasted my time and gas, I will never shop here again and I encourage everyone else to avoid this store.

The store is super unorganized, not stocked, and dirty. The bathrooms were locked. Super frustrating when your pregnant. When I asked a staff why they were locked they said it’s because its too much cleaning…Once I got in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, it was a mess, and it smelled so bad. It was so disgusting that I just immediately left without buying anything. I was there to buy a birthday stamp to make cards. They didn’t even have that, which is something so basic for a craft store.
Awesome selection of everything from fabric as the name implies to arts and crafts, picture framing to wedding supplies. Helpful and friendly service. Neat and well organized.
It's a cute store with a very wide band of crafting products available. Lots of beautiful fabric. Many of the decorating items tend to be quite expensive at least from my perspective. But they routinely go on sale. Today it was 70% off of all Christmas decorations and there's more than a week to go before Christmas. The staff is usually friendly and quite helpful. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience there.
A black old lady is Store manager at this location she is extremely stupid and lies to customers, I am surprised she's a Store manager by the way she talks to customers and tricks customers,My recommendation for all customers be careful at this store.
I like this store because I only go in there for yarn and crochet/knit related things and I know exactly where everything is and I just do what I gotta do and get out. I’m grateful for the employees who work there and I’m sorry that they have to experience the customers who complain and yell at them. They don’t deserve that. If you don’t wanna shop there, then don’t but don’t be rude to the employees. Anyway, I love it because their yarn selection is gr8!
