Amazing store! I always get in here fast, and come out fast. I’m a college student, so I bought a MacBook last week and got an $150 gift card. I came back today for a HomePod Mini, and again, great service.
Went in to pick up my iPhone 15 with an appointment scheduled ahead of time, associate at check in let me know it would be abt a 10 minute wait as I was “first in line for pick ups”, not too bad. As I’m in the store no one checks in on me and what was supposed to be 10 minutes turned into an hour and a half of waiting… to PICK UP a phone.. that was fully purchased beforehand… no setup help needed… just a pick up. An interaction that took genuinely all of 2 minutes for an hour and a half wait on an appointment. Oh, but after an hour of my wait time a lady with a FUPA barges into the store refusing to wait in line or sign in, and is being rude to the associates over an exchange she needed to make. And magically, she somehow gets helped… on the spot. I wait an hour and half to have someone grab my phone from the back and scan it out, and it probably would’ve been a longer wait time for me as I was only helped because one of the associates acknowledged the situation and took the initiative to help me big shout out to him yet some lady comes in being disrespectful and staff helps her out attentively and quickly?? Bad experience for what was supposed to be an exciting experience.
Wow, great customer service. This is the fasted apple store I've ever been to. Really friendly and helpful staff. They fixed the issue very quickly, but after a left, it happened again. I didn't have to wait in line, and they helped me out right away. Had a great experience. Thank you so much to the great staff you guys are killing it!
I love Apple but this place has very little options for the product that are available on display. Also the people here don’t know what they’re talking about. Like they didn’t know how fast the iPhone charges and what watts its max was.
When I come in for diagnostic help, I do not want somebody trying to sell me a new phone. We found out that I needed a new antenna on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The proper response would be it cost this much money to fix the antenna. Instead they wanted to sell me a new phone. this also was the response when they killed my battery and did not have new batteries for six months. Why don’t you buy a new phone? Because I do not reward people who screw me. I was stuck in downtown San Diego with the homeless for four hours because I couldn’t get into my phone because of that update. I wish Apple would stop focusing so much on new features and fix the problems with the old stuff first. 80% of us would like a simple mode because we don’t use 80% of the phone. Too difficult to do a simple feature due to computer geeks not able to see it the simple process. Please hire software engineers that have common sense and want to simplify not complicate my phone. It would be nice if I could text to my android friends, a photo . Almost enough reason for me to drop Apple.
Lied to about the wait. Hours different. Been here 3.5 hours. Dealt with Andrew, lead manager, would not condem specialist Alex for misleading. Four hours later told to stay many more hours or come back. GM is Nevina. Can't be contacted.
Warning: apple greeter turned her back took care of other peeps b4 my 1pm store appointment. Then another insulted me when she continued to receive other incoming people? Also have never hear from escalated senior tech problems? Simply need service from Apple trained store. 1:17 pm still zero support? Just saying Frustrated with Apple devices now horrible service.
Nice little Apple store. They were well- organized for the latest iPhone launch, but they didn’t have the products or availability of the larger Topanga Canyon store.
I have 8 month trying to unlock my iphone i try to the web i could'nt then i came to the store i was missing a proof of purchase i drive 45 minutes to get it i come back and they say i have to start again. I lost the whole day here for nothing in really dissapointed with apple for sure i gonna swich to samsung
I came here with my cousin to purchase an Apple Watch cellular. She lives in Peru and she’s in a workout program to help her prolong her life as she’s suffering from a malign tumor. We were helped by two wonderful ladies. Sierra was kind and awesome practicing her Spanish with my cousin. I’m giving it 2 stars because when we were about to finish setting up the watch, we RUDELY got interrupted by “Naz”. He stop Sierra from helping us to take care of someone who was spending more money than us. By then our watch begins to erase everything. When we try to get help, NAZ was strongly talking to Sierra. Sadly, Apple Store doesn’t practice inclusivity. It’s 2023 people… Set an example!
