Stay away !!! iphone fail will never see my business again !!!!! They replaced my screen "iphone 5s" But I could not see it " Totally Black" while wearing my polarized sunglasses. They commented that they never had this issue before obviously lying. There was no mention in the sales contract about this issue. They will apply a screen protector to cover up this issue !!! Their Solution was to replace the screen with my old cracked one. I couldn't believe it !! Disputed with credit card company and Won !! Thank you Visa card!! Got my money back : Because they where not willing to offer any HELP or refund. Very poorly ran business never again! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8/20/16
All though they were effective at fixing my phone, the service at iPhone fix was far less than par. I was told my phone would take less than an hour to fix, but it took nearly an hour and a half. When they finally called me they gave me 5 minutes to get there before the store closed otherwise they would have kept it over night. They wouldn't have even given me an extra 5 minutes.
Very disappointed with this place. They fixed my phone. and later that night, I notice a huge crack. I didn't drop my phone, I didn't throw it down anywhere... THE SAME DAY. I called them to ask if they could repair it for free otherwise it wasn't worth it, because it was only one crack...but still. and they said no, and that they had great quality obviously not if it cracked & I didn't even drop it and that it would cost money. I never went back because I'm not paying another $100 or another penny for that matter, to get it fixed again when it shouldn't have cracked in the first place. Bad quality screens!
I'm pretty upset about this place. They fixed my screen for an iphone6 plus don't get me wrong my screen looks great but I'm just upset at the fact that my front camera isn't working anymore. It was working before and now they want to charge me an additional amount. I just don't get it how it stopped working. It was working fine before we took it in.
My iPhone 5c took an unfortunate turn of events at a concert where the digitizer broke and my screen was destroyed. Travis was able to repair my phone in under an hour looking brand new! It has been a little over a month now and my phone has been in great shape since.
Broke both sides of my daughter's 4s, dropped it off, went shopping at market next door, picked it up within 30 minutes - great job. High quality glass, works as expected. Thanks.

Took my brothers iPhone 5s in and got great service but now I'm wondering what it'll cost to fix my six it's just the screen the botton still works with fingerprint
They charge a $35 fee for diagnostics and even if they can't fix the phone you're still charged the $35 which sucks if you have to get a new phone and you're out $35, like what? for why?
