Apple Union Square

Great place Great service The best and most profutable place to purchase your apple products from. You can get there a 100% rich information about what you plan to purchase. Sit, drink some coffee and ask all what you need. The store also located in the middle of the Union Square so you can visit it while shopping arround. Its a familiar shopping zone surrounded by hundreds of brands. So i recommend this place. No free parking arround. The prices are the best in comparison with other apple products in other stores.

Was looking for Beats noise canceling earbuds and they offers clean/resealed to try on to test the fits on my own ears and to hear how they sounded. The store was too quiet so couldn’t tell if the noise canceling was good or not But I feel safe using clean earbuds that was sanitized before I stick it in my ear. The guy helping me was nice and friendly but wasn’t too knowledgeable on the Beat earbuds

Clean and classy interior, helpful staff, and neat displays make this store a nice place to visit. I'm an Android and Windows user mainly, but I like seeing what Apple has to offer. This store allows people to test out the latest devices and the knowledgeable employees do their best to answer all your questions. There are events/demonstrations on the second level, accessed via stairways. Also, they have outlets if you'd like to charge a device. Overall, I recommend stopping by to window-shop or shop-shop.

The worst ever costumer service I’ve ever I in counter! I was there yesterday to make a appointment for to day at 11:30am! When I arrived in the store to day 15minutes before my appointment! They ask me to have a seat and some one will help you out in a minute! I’ve been waiting for almost 1hr! No body came to help me out to my lop top to fixe it I went to the agent! The one standing near at the stairs! I told her that I’ve been here wait for almost 1hr! And no body helping me or to assist me regarding about my laptop that is not working She said to me that i will follow up again your appointment! Have a seat again and the agent will help you out shortly Another 1hr/ addition waiting and no body came! it’s totally insanity! I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs! No one any agent help me to fixe my lop top all the agent in the second floor there choosing! The easy job that they think it is easy to fixe they will assist you if they think it’s hard they will avoid you It’s totally unacceptable! Very very unprofessional customer service

So dissapointed with the service received. Only Apple shop that refuse to support after showing them that my AirPod Pro failed for the 9 !!!!! Yes 9 !!!! Time. Last time only TWO months ago they gave me new ones in Cologne!!!! The only response was call to customer service. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A SERVICE RECALL FOR THE PRODUCT SEE ALL THE DOCUMENTS- I presented this to them and the response was CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Original review: Only single-ply toilet paper in the bathroom. My cultist brand loyalty is destroyed. 3 stars. Update: Men's bathroom had tampons and pads. V. Inclusive, much progress. 5 1/2 stars.

Appointment with Genius Bar to fix screen. Nice people asked me to sit down and wait, took an hour and a half and no one helped me. Overheard that turnaround would require me coming back, so decided to take business elsewhere.

Just bought an iPhone and ran into a host of back end issues when it came to redeeming a gift card but Stewart was awesome. They were super helpful and patient the whole time. Great customer service experience with the customer service on the phone as well.

The employees are extremely nice and super helpful, but I will never buy an apple product ever again because Apple corporate made it the most miserable experience of my entire life. My order was cancelled 3 times with no notifications and zero support from Apple corporate customer service causing me to not have the required equipment for the start of school

The Apple store at Union Square provides an excellent experience, just like their other outlets. It's a massive and spacious store with the full range of Apple products available for you to try out. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the best part is that there's a cafe outside where you can grab a coffee and discuss the latest Apple products. If you're in Union Square, it's a must-visit place.
