Apple Vintage Faire

If I could leave a negative review, I would’ve. Worst Apple Store ever that’s selling defective products. Bought a defective $1000+ Mac-book and they’re not willing to switch me for a new one. Only willing to “fix” it through apple care. If I spend $1000 plus on a computer I want a NEW WORKING computer. Not a DEFECTIVE computer and then waste my time & money to fix it.

Great customer service and very respectful people are serving us here. I highly recommend people to try it out.

I love it all the products are expensive but so worth it and elegant. Android could never compare to Apple. All those android fans don’t know a good company when they see one. As an Apple fanboy I absolutely love it and have bought all their products. I will buy anything they come out with because it makes life easier.

Excellent and efficient service; good people work here. Try coming before 5pm and definitely not on weekends to avoid long wait times.

Service could have been better. No one explained that you have to get someone's attention to get on a list to wait for help when we walked in. Some of the workers noticeably avoided eye contact with me even though they were not helping someone else. Once I did get help I was able to make my purchase quickly.

I've travel throught the country, been to many apple store. Most of the time, I didn't buy anything, but was around to hear the clerk help customer. I came to visit this apple store and came to realize that this store, from all of my experiences, is the most unprofessional store in all of America. Unfortunately it seems as if the workers are only here for a pay check and don't like their job at all. I don't understand what has happened to them in their personal life for them to act in such manner, but don't expect me to ask or help them in any way. I hope y'all have a better day and take it easy on yourself.

Came when they released the iPhone 15 took 15 minutes to put a screen protector.

Have to park bit farther away, though not terrible. Came here on couple of occasions, today being 4th-July, place was more crowded than last time. Service wait time was about 20 mins. Expect same level of service as every other Apple Store, knowledgeable staff and attention to detail.

Brittany fails to note we have purchased over a dozen devices from Apple and petty to wave a diagram showing why frayed defective charger cable not covered under warranty. I called Apple directly and Warranty Repair Center covered. Not ever buying from Apple Store Vintage Faire Mall Modesto, CA.

I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me with my in-store pickup but they were great and super friendly!
