Absolutely the worst service and food I’ve ever had! Took 5 minutes before we were ever asked for a drink! Or greeted. We got menus as that happened. Then we ordered our food and appetizer first and then our food and it all came at once and the food was cold!!!! My steak was ordered rare and it was dry and the outside was cold!!! My daughter got a Mac n cheese dish and it was cold! We have been here over an hr! I asked to speak to a manager yet he couldn’t be bothered!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment in Amarillo!
They were down two servers and did their very best to accommodate everyone ... we had a party of six, a party of thirteen followed us, and then another party of five, or six and I didn't notice any dip in service. The food did take a little bit longer coming out, but if I remember correctly, the kitchen staff was helping on the floor too. I say good job to all.
Had great service, bartender Kanten kept me full on my beer. Even when he was busy I patiently waited. The other bartenders are great also. Good bar service may have to wait a bit but I'm taking care of. The food is also great. Staff, managers, atmosphere and food is good. I love coming to this Applebees.Food: 5/5
We had some drinks and appetizers. The Waitress was really sweet and took good care of us. I had the BBQ back ribs wgivh were good my husband had the chicken Alfredo although he did say the blackened seasoning was a little much but overall good.Food: 4/5
Had the 2 for $29 deal and it was worth every cent! The mozzarella sticks were an excellent appetizer and the ribs are so good!! The staff is always super nice and friendly and it’s never a super long wait. One of the more underrated chain restaurants in town!Dine in: Yes
I had low standards for this place and I should've had them lower. Atmosphere was dreadful. Food was alright especially for what we paid. Waitress was awful. There were bugs on the table and the silverware was dirty. I could go on but you get the point, 0 out of 10 would not recommend.Food: 1/5
Terrible experience. We have ordered from here in the past and they messed up our order once before. Thought well lets give them another chance. I ordered this time and our order was so incomplete we could not enjoy our food. Our food was cold as well. Probably the last time we eat here.Food: 1/5
