Applebee's Grill + Bar

2022: Appetizer sampler was not hot, but tasted OK. Did tell our server, she did ask if we wanted something else we declined, and she did inform us $10 was taken off the bill when she gave us our slip, but she was inattentive. Never asked if we wanted water refills and had to ask another server to find our server so we could pay our bill. We had arrived at 11:30 am and it was a little busy, but not enough for her indifference. 8/27/23 update: Had 2 for $28 + paid $2 extra for 2 sides instead of fries. Spinach artichoke dip was hot included in 2 for deal, but food was only warm, not hot. Also, too many salty seasonings that make one thirsty. Donate $5 & get a $5 bonus card that is good until October 29,2023.

Ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was cold and watery. The tenders were dry, overcooked, and flavorless. The deserts were good, and probably the best part of our visit. The utensils and glasses looked disgusting and were definitely not clean. The waitress was friendly, but we waited quite some time in between interactions even though the place was fairly empty. Very disappointing overall, would not recommend.

Our server Tatyana was wonderful! Very high-energy, friendly, and efficient. She took care of ALL of her tables with the absolute best attitude! Our food came out exceptionally fast and everything tasted great!

Food was delicious, and our server Tatyana was sweet, friendly, and courteous. Very good food and service! Parking: Plenty of close parking.

The waitress was wonderful. Great attitude, easy going and made the bad food worth it. Got the Ribs and mashed potatoes. The Ribs were dry and hard to eat. Mashed potatoes were good. I should have known to just get a burger but really wanted ribs.Food: 2/5

I'm a huge fan of Applebee's. I will travel far and wide just to get the mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. Our food was okay. My mother, my kids and I went. My daughters meal kraft and fries was not great. Kraft was dry looking, old.. fries were nasty and I love their fries. Me and my mom's lemonade tasted like dish soap. Chicken somehow tasted of cinnamon? Small pieces of green beans mixed on my plate. Kitchen must be dirty. Waitress and staff were all very pleasant.

The service was great. I ordered breaded fish filets. It was the first time that I was ever served tough, rubbery fish! I couldn't cut it and the entire breading came off in one whole piece. The coleslaw had little flavor and the serving size was very small. I doubt that I will return.

Skimped on everything. In 20 years we have not had a bad experience here until tonight. Just sub-par all around - no sauce on my son’s sandwich, very little chicken on my wrap, steamed broccoli was practically raw. Not anything glaring, I guess, but not a great carry out order for sure. Dietary restrictions: Had to call because app didn’t allow the customization I needed.

The waitress asked me if I wanted the hamburger pink or not pink. I answered pink. The only thing in that hamburger that was pink was the tomato, which was supposed to be red. It looked as if that burger sat under a heat lamp for a day and a half.The waitress was great, but the food really sucked. Worst burger I ever had, and the onion rings and fries were cold. Parking: There was plenty of parking and we needed a handicapped spot and there were a lot right in front of the restaurant.
