Applebee's Grill + Bar

Usually very pleased with the quality of everything. Nobody to wash dishes, so they serve plastic ware to eat with. Not so good cutting a steak. Blonde brownie that had always been a favorite is now served cold ?? And they are out of the Vanilla maple sauce for the dessert that I wanted extra that I paid extra for and had to get a refund.. WOW. Next door TR is packed, can't even get in the door and Applebees has a dozen people and now it's a 45-minute wait for people coming in as we are leaving. 7/13/23 = We frequent Applebees often and have been very happy in the past. Last night was the worst experience ever. Took forever to get our food and once I received it was short on chicken strips, took 30 min + to get the missing 2 pieces. Fries was cold on all of our orders. Every one at our table was shorted 1 or 2 things. Like salad and some sides. I specified on my blonde brownie that it was served hot.. no.. it was cold and hard as could be . Not sure who all to blame. But they was not busy.

Food was undeniably great but the other aspects of the store is not recommendable. The guy who ushered us to our seats was not pleasing & friendly. Table was sticky saw another review on this & it's true. The place was warm. My kid's food was like the plate was straight from the microwave. They didn't have any dessert available should place notice by the door. Parking: Good parking space

I took my family to celebrate my granddaughters bday and 3 of our dishes were burnt and under cooked. Sent our meals back to be remade to go because we had already sat there for almost 2hrs and the meals came back more burnt then the 1st time. Me or my family won't be going back.Food: 1/5

Very delicious, I got the quesadilla burger and it was sooo good. Their customer service is very friendly. The inside is very comfortable and the outside dining is very pretty. All of their food is delicious. Kinda on the expensive side though.Food: 5/5

Well simple to say, was there with a group of friends and we all had issues with the service and didn't receive some of what we ordered. My friend has been contacted by manager and corporate. But unless they do something about the servers and evening management, I don't see reason to go back. Sad a server sat with other customers than take care of customers she has, let alone forget stuff waiting on.

The restaurant overall was pretty dirty. Bathrooms needed cleaned. Asked for sugar for coffee and never got it. Appetizers were delivered without plates. Had to ask to get some. No one checked on our drinks. We had to flag the waitress down to get our check. Overall very underwhelming and disappointing experience.Food: 3/5

My friends and I visited Applebees a few nights ago and we had Konjit as our server. She did a phenomenal job!! She was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely request her next time!Food: 4/5

Tevin was our waiter. He was on point even down to his Barry White voice. The service he gave was exceptional, and he was easy on the eyes, lol. All jokes aside, he was extremely kind, courteous, and he served us with a spirit of excellence. Thank you Tevin, you made our dinner experience a great one. Tevin was our waiter on this night and he was so kind and nice and was very efficient. He made sure we had everything we needed and did it with a smile on his face. Hope to have him again on our next visit.Food: 5/5
