There was hardly anyone here when we stopped for dinner, which makes one skeptical of the food. The food was really good and the service was good. BBQ ribs were tender and fell off the bone, burgers were good as well. Just make sure to ask for mayo or ketchup since they don't include that on the burger. No complaints from anyone in our dinner party. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has good options to choose from Parking: There was maybe 5 cars in the lot when we were here. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access via chair or scoot scoot.

The riblets I had were not good at all. Mostly bones and gristle. The coleslaw was dry so I sent it back. Very disappointed.Food: 3/5

We normally go here quite often for the all you can eat boneless wings for $12.99. Got seated and server didn't come to us until 30 minutes later to get our drink order. Came back with drinks and we placed our first order of wings. After waiting 45 minutes our first round of wings came. There was only 6 tables in the whole restaurant that had people our wings and fries were cold. My fiance had been waiting on a refill for at least 45 minutes. The server never came by. Finally she did and we ordered another round of wings, which also took another 45 minutes for 5 wings which came out with no fries even though we ordered them. She walked by and sat our bill down without even speaking to us when we had only gotten our second round of wings. Which to no surprise were cold from sitting in the back. I asked to speak to the manager to get the wings taken off our bill. He told me since we had already ate the first 10 wings we had to pay, which is ridiculous because it was all you can eat and we didn't even eat our second round of wings because they were cold and we had already been at the restaurant for 2 hours waiting for 15 wings. The manager disregarded what I had said about the cold food and poor service. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I was absolutely furious with the poor food quality and terrible service we received while sitting in the restaurant for 2 hours. I will never come back to this restaurant.

I hear bad things and good things from people but in my own experience, I love this place. The prices are high but not outrageous especially for what you're getting. Happy hour long islands if you want a good drink to get buzzed without paying for expensive drinks, I think they're 2$ and 2 of them is enough for me anyway. Sometimes the food takes a bit longer to get out but I've never had bad food here whether it be cooked wrong, cold, whatever. It's always been right. And the servers, extremely beautiful women who are as kind as can be which can make a drunk man tip a bit much.. , I can't say anything about managers cause I've never had to talk to any. I've had nothing but good experiences here and I hope you all do too! Just don't drink and drive, please. That goes for anywhere you go that has alcohol. With that being said, customer service 10/10 food 10/10 price 9/10. Even with inflation as high as it is right now their food quality hasn't went down and the prices haven't went up, I can't say the same about other food joints in hamilton.. So yes, I would recommend this location. EDIT: I notice most any place with reviews people take photos of other people, I'm sure without consent. Don't do this as you could be sued and if they are underage you could be in trouble with the law! If you want to take photos take pics of your food, not other people with Rights under our Constitution.

Had lunch with my husband here today. It opened back up yesterday. Food was fresh and delicious. I had the bourbon Street steak and my husband had their bacon cheeseburger. Our waitress was Shay. She was awesome! Didn't even wait for drinks..she gave excellent customer service they also have cheeto menu items too.

Food was hot and delicious! The waitress was very good and friendly. 7/27/23 service was not so great today at lunchtime. When we arrived there was only 1 other table. The prime rib dipper was definitely not prime rib. We waited at least 20 minutes for the check. Don't go here on an hour lunch break.

Everything is absolutely amazing please stop in when you can. My uncle Donald is an amazing cook! He's so good at what he does for everyone I bring with me. You guys are a good date night to bring my partners with wherever I go! Keep doing what ya do. Kid-friendliness: They do birthday songs for the kiddos and love kids when they come in. Wonderful environment.

Listen I don't blame my waitress mishaps. She did the best she could. She brought me on my plate which I had a chicken and rice fiesta lime and there were hairs on my plate which is dross. She took it back and brought me out a new one, but the chicken was still pink. They weren't even the food should have been greatFood: 1/5

To start with you go and I hoping for some ribs and you find out they don’t have any and then everything they do serve you is cold. What can you say about the atmosphere? It is a Hamilton, so what do you expect? I know I won’t be returning. The mashed potatoes, the french fries were cold. My daughter sent her plate back and it still cost $60 for two people to eat. It was totally outrageous.
