Not even a star, looks like they give me leftovers of someone you can tell by the pictures attached, the cheese wasn't even warm and looks like someone already eat it. Very disgusting, after asking if we could have a clean plate for the chips and cheese they bring us another one with cheese under the bowl so and a dirty plate, my dogs have better clean plates than this.... Oh! Ans they took around 30 minutes to give us that so.. We wasn't hungry anymore and ended up leaving this place.
The service was horrible, we actually had to hunt for servers. The only good thing about out dinning experience was Albert, the shift manager. He went out of his way to make sure our food and drinks were out in a timely manner. After he left, no one even care to attend to us. As for our take-out order, it took 1-1 1/2 hours to get it and only after getting up to look for a server. We asked the host which told us she had no idea how long. I’m very tolerant and understand delays in service but this situation had no excuse.
They have a delicious plates to go. My favorite is the Chicken lime, also the waitresses help me on the phone to select the dishes for 4 people and told us how to save more money and buy a little more.
Service was bad except for Manager Albert drinks were good. Once he left, it all went downhill!!! Over an hour to get out foodFood: 2/5
Service was decent. Friendly, quick, and thorough staff. Appreciate the happy hour prices. Only complaint was my plate and bowl were a little dirty on the outside like someone had grabbed it with food on their hands. Also they didn't give enough cheese for the chips. I don't even eat that much cheese but they didn't even fill the bowl to 3/4 of the way. Probably won't return.
All around it was ok, only thing is my food was under cooked the battered on my shrimps where not cooked right it would just slide off... i did not eat the shrimp..Food: 2/5
Good food reliable service. It’s a standard Applebees. Had to wait a bit but it was Friday and not excessive. Everything was good. I’ve never had any issues with this location.
TL;DR If your significant other wants to come here convince them to go somewhere else unless you want to be disappointed and out $50 for a meal worse then McDonalds in quality. I dont know where to start... the slow service on a slow night, waiting until the second coming of jesus to get another drink, the waiter blatantly seeing that your drink is empty but walking straight by with out the courtesy of asking for a refill; the list goes on and on. My lady and I have came to this one in El Centro multiple times and every time we come I get more and more disappointed by the experience. They seem to never get better and in a way, a little worse. Every time my lady convinces me to go to this horrible place It always takes over 10min to get a simple well drink like a jack and coke or something of the sort, doesn't matter if you're at the bar or at a table the service is still horrible. On this occasion of coming the food was the worst I've ever had. My girls pasta was microwaved and the chicken was rubbery and the brunch burger I got had cold fries and vegetables that smelled like they recovered them from the dumpster. In closing I'd like to say this place never gets better, just go some where different. Hell, taco bell would have been a better choice.
The service is quite slow, need to keep looking for the waiter, our food was not hot, it did taste good.
They have new staff and the service was soooooo much better today. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, our drinks were brought quickly, the waitress checked in on us often. We go there often for the kids Tuesday special and it was the 1st time the waitresses were so attentive.
