This place sucks. I'm sorry to whoever manages this location. We were waiting to be seated, a table walked out. Said to us they waited for 30 min and no server came to the table. We waited 15 more minutes at our table and 4 people were walking around looking for a server. No one was happy....Food: 1/5
UNPROFESSIONAL Definitely NOT Kid-friendly. The lady in blue shirt was saying f word multiple times and talked about she sleeps in her bra, underwear to her boyfriend right next to us when we were eating with our kid. We told the manager about her. Than the big red shirt guy probably cook was saying f word. Every employee was talking so loud next to us where we sitting in the corner. I couldn’t hear music, all I heard was their employees’ conversations. Lol Appetizer took 25min and then the food took 10 min after the appetizer, it was decent. This place was not busy. There were 5 tables probably. especially their employees are very slow, goofing. I am not gonna come back. Wondering how they stay in business. Very disappointed.
Had to wait 10 minutes before someone even walked up. Tables were dirty so the server gave us a soapy paper towel to clean it with. Everything took forever to get while the manager just kept walking laps around the restaurant. Then we get our food and no one says anything but they gave us the wrong pasta for one of our dishes without even telling us and then it tasted rubbery.
One of the better Applebees in town, no patio here, this place has been here for long time, if u really want to know if this place is good, go several times, bartender Michelle is friendly and excellent, that is why I go on the night Michelle is working, now workers from out of town, that stays in hotels close by will stop in and eat, they are very friendly and will talk to u, plus I see them back here to eat.
Terrible service. Visited this location with my son after a long baseball game around 8pm oct 3rd..The girl who was our server had a bad attitude when asked what I wanted to drink. Brought my waters and walked away before I could speak. After 15 minutes I had to ask another server to get my waitress so we could order. Into which she never came to ask for our order.. the restaurant was dead. And there was other servers on the floor. We ended up walking out because not one person came to ask if they could help us. I hope she gets some coaching from managers .
We walked in for my birthday dinner and waited 10 mins to be seated let alone to even be looked at. It took another 10 mins for the waitress to come by. We had no silverware, and only 1 menu for 2 of us. I ordered an alcoholic drink and it never came, so I had to remind the waitress. The service was SO slow and no one working in the restaurant had a sense of urgency about them at all. Other people came in and it took 15 minutes for 1 couple to get sat. A 6 top walked in and our server said “put them at 64. I guess I don’t have a choice!” I was shocked she would let the other guests hear her say that. Our food took about 45 minutes to get to our table, and it was the only good part about the meal. We asked for ranch, and got it 15mins into our meal. I took my friend’s kids to the bathroom and found our server Julianasitting on her phone hiding. Meanwhile The restaurant was getting busy, and all of her guests were waiting on her. I ended up having to find her again to get our bill. Then after another 15 minutes of waiting for her to get our payment I had to find her again! We will definitely not be back! Completely ruined our night! I’ve been in the service industry for 12 years and I have never seen a restaurant run so poorly. There was not a single manager to be found.
Very mediocre location. It’s always frustrating when you go out to eat and locations are slow and operating at half capacity but still manage to offer slow service. We waited about 10 minutes for no reason. Plenty of available seating. We were told it was a 10 minute wait, which was fine. The party behind us was told 30 minutes. We were seated and the party behind us was seated about 5 minutes later. We had ordered by time they were seated. After waiting for 20 minutes, we took a restroom break only to walk by the larger group to see them eating. When we got back our food was brought out. So timing was clearly off. Our initial waitress who took our order brought our food out and it wasn’t correct, only after she was done sweeping the floor. We could all have used some more refills since we just had water, but no one was around. Some other waitresses walked by and asked if we were doing ok. She brought another round of water but that was it other than to bring out the bill. She left with our card for a good 5 minutes before bringing it back. Food was ok, nothing impressive. The kids cheese burger looked like it was setting out for a bit. The strawberry chicken salad was good and the shrimp bowl was bland. We stopped in at 7:30pm for a healthier option instead of fast food hoping to at least get some decent service with a meal. Not so much.
Service was ok at first, but we didn't know what we wanted right away. We were sat in a far corner and could see our server eating French fries and giggling in the opposite corner and I guess she forgot she needed to still take our order because we had closed the menus and were waiting for a long time. We got an appetizer and that came out fine but we waited probably 40-50 minutes after putting our order in to get our actual food, which was brought out by someone in the kitchen, not our waitress, who was still goofing off. Food was terrible. Fries were a weird brown color like they had been cooked in old rotten oil and burger was very overdone. Waitress finally came over once which was nice because we had needed refills for awhile. I tried to eat what I could of my entree but it became apparent that the meal was too far gone so I mentioned to the server who finally came over again that it was horrible. She looked at me like I was crazy when I didn't want a replacement entree when we had been there well over an hour at this point and it was not busy and said she'd get the manager. The manager apparently wasn't interested in speaking with us and the server came back and slapped the ticket on the table at me saying it had been adjusted off. Just a really poor experience and we will not be back.
The food was phenomenal excellent, especially the smothered waffle fries and the Impossible Burger with sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions, and cheddar cheese. Vegetarian options: They have a great Impossible Burger
When my fiancé and I arrived we were seated and was able to order right away. My drink took a some time to get to my table, and there was no sugar on the rim. When our food arrived it took them a couple minutes for our silverware to arrive. I ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine alfredo. The broccoli had good flavor but the chicken was lukewarm, it wasn't piping hot. My fiancé ordered all you could eat boneless wings with fries, but the fries took about ten minutes to arrive to our table. By the time they arrived he was already full.
