I love, love, love this makeup! If you've never tried it, go in and have a makeover. I've been a customer at this store for 7 years. They are always very helpful and usually very knowledgeable. I periodically go in for a makeunder to try new products. I've also gone in a couple times to get makeovers for specific events. Definitely make an appointment for that. Service and value is excellent.
AMAZING! I just went in there today and Elysia helped me! She was awesome and so helpful! I explained to her some areas I needed help in like highlighting and eye brows and she walked me through all of it! She helped me put together a whole look that I am in love with!!! You can tell this place cares about it's image, it's clean and organized. All the workers have flawless make up and are happy to help you learn how to do it too! I already have a wish list of other items I need to come back for. I am a customer for life! Thank you so much for the amazing experience. I walked in today feeling down and drab, I walked out feeling confident and fab!
It was my first time there today. And I definitely loved it, the girls that work there are so good with Eric customer service. Anna was helping me she has so much knowledge of the product she understood me without any words and explanations. She found everything I needed within 5 minutes. They show so much respect to their clients. And they also have good promotions and deals.
I usually receive excellent service here but the last time I was in I had a less than pleasing experience. Tried to return some foundation that once applied looked caked on. I told the girls working that and one replied with 'yeah well it's full coverage so', incase you weren't aware that the customer is always right and doesn't need your feedback. Also the first time I was matched with a shade it was 4 shades too dark for my complexion. Needed to exchange the foundation for the correct shade, which I ended up not liking it so I then tried to return it. Wasn't allowed to get my money back because I had the receipt from the exchange and not the original receipt. Was only allowed to have store credit.
What an amazing experience I had. Ryan was the one who helped me. She tested my skin. Added what I wanted and boom I was sold. I told her I appreciate her being kind. The whole place was clean and friendly. I love the way my face looks and feels. Thank you Ryan
Probably a good store but I tried to come today and there was a sign taped to the door saying they would be back. I did the rest of my shopping and came back an hour later and the store was still closed for some unknown reason.
I WOULD OF LOVED TO DROP ALOT OF MONEY HERE BUT A WOMAN THAT WORKED HERE WITH BLONDE/WHITE HAIR STARED AT ME THE WHOLE TIME. NOT ASKING IF SHE COULD HELP.ME OR ANYTHING. SHAME ON YOU.
Great but I was wanting to get my makeup done on Saturday for my birthday
