After taking a walk I decided to stop in and have some ribs. They were super yummy and instead of the coleslaw I order broccoli. The food was hot. The service was fast Jazzlyn was a great server, kind and very attentive. The bus person asked if he could take my some thing out of my way. He was a little two quick on the draw and had to bring me a new water. I would go here again and I would give the server 5 stars…
We came in and waited a bit to even be greeted by any one. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated after that. Jose was a great server with a great sense of humor. The food was good and arrived in a decent amount of time after we ordered. They could use some organization overall, but we had an okay experience.Food: 4/5
I ordered a drink called Mucho Bahama Mama, and it was so sweet I was unable to drink it. I mentioned it to the server a couple of times. I even asked for extra orange juice trying to help it. The server didn't try to help. I drank less than 1/4th of it, and I still had to pay for it. The server was no help and at least could have taken, offered something else. But no, I was stuck with a horrid drink
I ordered a $90 meal with them on 3/27/21- not only did I have to wait 40 minutes after the pick up time I was informed that the manager Carla was not filling orders by the order ticket but by what was ready - so orders after me were being filled and sent out. When I did receive my meal- I informed the waitress that I will be calling if there is anything missing - she told me she didn’t have time to double check my order. I asked for the managers name and went home. The rice with my lemon chicken was so dry and hard it was like rocks!! The extra lemon pepper sauce I paid for was not added and the pasta was DRY! I called Carla and she was apologetic and offered me a gift card- took all my information and still as of today 3/21 Nothing! I took pictures and I will be calling Lisa the district manager!
Great service but since when do u pay for the birthday stuff guess we all have to get the money we lost because of covid understandable. Great chicken broccoli Alfredo delicious!! Kid-friendliness: Always great food for the kids .
Ordered a cup of soup for nearly $6. There was about 3 spoonfuls of soup in my cup. Less than 4oz. I would have ordered a bowl if it was available. I would have had to order two cups of soup, approximately 6oz of soup for $10-$12 seems ridiculous.
Food over-cooked & dry. Waitress was wonderful. Supervisor on duty was kind & sincere. Refund given due to over-cooked dryness of a steak& Oriental Chicken Salad. Hamburger was great!Food: 1/5
Got seated right away. Drinks came quick and appetizers followed. Our entrees were good but the waiter didn’t check on us as much and forgot to get our refills. Chocolate lava cake is always a treat plus the bill was decent.
The employees are so high on drugs they aren't capable of doing the job. Steak was an hour late and well done, my cat wouldn't even eat it. Half the food was missing, the manager begged me not to complain to corporate about the girl so stoned she could barely talk. I told corporate and am awaiting a refund. Drug addicts means dirty kitchen. The food was disgusting. A homeless person would do a better job and the food would be safer. DONT GO TO THUS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT FOOD POISONING
Wonderful food with wonderful staffs. Look out for Bobbie. Super sweet and helpful lady
