I ordered two 3 tender meals with fries. Instead, I got two bone in chicken meals with coleslaw. When I wanted a refund, they would only refund me $6 instead of the $40.77 I paid. Seriously?! They should be paying more attention to what people are ordering. The fact that this joint has customers is nothing short of a miracle. Do not eat here. It’s not worth the hassle.
I'm not one to complain but for the last year maybe longer to a year and a half or two now, I've been getting the same unacceptable service. I tell myself don't go back there, the food is too expensive and the service is not up to par. Unfortunately I forget about the previous occasion that I was there and I'm craving that good ol flavor of KFC. So I go there and unfortunately I get my memory refreshed on why I shouldn't go back. I try to be understanding that COVID-19 took it's toll on a lot of restaurants and fast-food establishments. I also take into consideration that your company is running a skeleton crew with little to no knowledge cause they're All still new or fairly new employees with a lead aka manager with some experience to guide and direct these new people. Something else I consider, I'm only guessing but I think your not fully staffed in order to take on the demand and you're running your lead / AKA manager into the ground trying to teach the new people on top of the workload in helping customers correctly and In a timely manner. If this is not the case then please forgive me for assuming, but your employees need retained. For instance, I ask employee are these said items in the bag as it's handed to me. With an answer of yes everything is in your order. I take it home to find out that said items are not in the bag and then have to drive All the way back to get the rest of my order. Waste of time, gas, money on my part. Duly noted, will check bag before I leave from now on. Even though I shouldn't have to when I directly asked if everything was in it And they confirmed that it was. The most recent time that I went, I wanted a four piece meal. Whoever was preparing the food apparently thought it was funny or acceptable, I don't know but for one of the four pieces I received just a bone with hard crust on it as one of my pieces of chicken. I ordered original recipe btw. It wasn't even big enough to be considered a piece. I don't understand how an unemployee would look at that and think not to throw it away instead giving it to a customer. On top of that I'm supposed to get a side and never received the side. In turn I had to come back again and complain to the manager and they gave me a new coleslaw to replace the one I did not receive because I had the receipt and showed that I had paid for it. Almost every time I go there I am told I have to pull forward and wait, which I understand because they're short-handed I get it, I try to be understanding but after 25, 30minutes it starts to become ridiculous. These are just a couple examples of the times that I have been there. Yes we all make mistakes I totally understand that But at some point you need to start improving. I can say I've been to your establishment over 10 times and out of the 10 times, eight of them were a bad experience. I'm sorry if I sound like a Karen but for what I pay for, I think I should get All of my order in a timely manner. For the price I pay, I don't think that's too much to ask for. I'm sure I'll be going back to KFC again because I love the taste and I forget and forgive quickly so that being said I'll do another review in 6 months or a year and hopefully everything will have improved by then. Fingers crossed
All I have to say, is hands-down !! The best KFC I’ve been to ! The staff, the food, and especially Salvador the Manager. All was Top Notch service ! Definitely coming back !!Food: 5/5
My experience was pretty normal for a KFC. It was about 9:20 p.m. They weren't busy, my food only took about 5 minutes and it was all pretty fresh and good. There food is salty though so be careful if you're sodium sensitive.
Lady was very rude and kept interrupting us while we were trying to order drive through. Her name is Kayleigh, besides her unprofessional attitude food was good. There was a 10 min wait for fries but the gentleman who came out and told us was very nice, couldn’t get a good look at his name but he made up for Kayleigh’s hostility.
Salvador is the homie but who ever the rude chick is at night sucks 15 minutes before you close she turns people away and says there’s no more chicken. Y’all will be hearing from corporateFood: 1/5

I've been a long fan of KFC but if somebody doesn't clean up this place been in there twice in a month both times very unorganized whether you call in an order or go there to pick I do hope they get their act together
Before they remodeled the food was not finger licken good. Chicken was dry and not flavorful. Decided to give it another chance. Drive thru closes at 10pm according to Google and their signs. Got to the drive thru at 942 pm. No acknowledgment that I was there. Sat there until 946 pm before I decided to pull forward. Pulled up to the window, I can see employees inside. Not sure if they can see me, so I honk my horn to get their attention. Employee not in a KFC uniform emptying the lobby trash looks over sees me and ignores me. Other employee on the line starts dumping food in trash. Never got talked too, greeted or anything. Extremely disappointed!
I like KFC, they have nice employees and are very nice, even a wait for an order isn't long at all. We have been buying 4 chicken sandwiches two to three times a week for the last 4 or 5 months how every this week my wife went through the drive through and order 4 chicken sandwiches and two fries small and payed as usual then pulled and waited for the order. It was brought to the car, and she proceeded to the house. She came and we open the bags,, and found only three sandwiches at which we placed everything back in the bag's. And she returned it to the store. At at this time the person she was deal with about the sandwiches called her a lier and was very rude to about their mistakes. We will never by from this store again. We will be going to Popeyes chicken once they open hopefully their sandwiches will be as good or better.
