My husband took his CPAP machine in for an adjustment, and they were so great! Rick, their respiratory therapist was very kind and made the adjustment quickly. We’ve been using Apria for years, and their supply deliveries are always fast and easy. Awesome long time company.
I did not receive my order after two weeks, even though I received a tracking number from Apria with the UPS tracker with the subject line, "Your Apria order is on its way!" When we called Apria, our order could not be found. When they finally found our order, it showed a ship date of 7/7/23 had been entered, even though we told Apria I left my CPAP mask in a hotel room 400 miles away and needed one ASAP. When Apria finally found the order, it was wrong. It included a water tank that we did not ask for. This all took numerous phone calls over hours and was a nightmare customer service experience. I doubt we will every buy any CPAP supplies from Apria again.
So far my experience with this company has been great! The phone staff is very polite and seems happy to help. Being nice goes a long way. And the staff that delivers is very respectful and informative.
WORST Company I've ever dealt with. Billing is a NIGHTMARE. I'm returning all my equipment and will be looking for another provider. All the reviews are completely accurate with my experience as well. I have no idea how they stay in business. In addition, they got double paid, and now they tell me I still owe. It's also funny how they use the same cookie cutter response back to all the negative reviews. They want you to email them...lol......I bet no one ever receives a call back. They should receive 0 stars!
I have been without supplies for months. They would not send supplies until I made a dr appt. It has been 2 weeks since my appt and still no supplies. On the phone right now and supplies still not shipped. I am smothering with months old nose pillow. On my last call they said they would be shipped. Absolutely worse service I have ever experienced. On hold to talk to someone to try to get supplies. And to file a complaint. They absolutely, definitely do not care about the person. They only care about their money. Request any other supply company than Apria healthcare !!!
They sent me a box and fed ex label to return the cpap machine. It’s been over a month since I sent it back and they claim they never even sent the empty box and label. I’m stuck paying for it. I didn’t think to take a picture of the label because I trusted them. Do not use this company. Do not give them credit card info.
My journey with Apria Healthcare has been one riddled with missteps, mishaps, poor customer service and rude reps all along the way. It starts on Oct 5 when I was approached vial phone call the by a gentleman to create my account with Apria and get started with my first order of CPAP supplies, but who despite my repeated intents to spell out my email address was no able to have it correctly hence throwing me into this endless series of interactions I've had with Apria ever since. From the start I must say that I no longer want to do business with this company. Here's my account as to why. In that first call both my wife's order for supplies and mine were handled. When my wife's supplies order arrived she found out that despite her reminders to the rep and the rep's assurances that her order was well taken care of, it came with the wrong mask size. To this date Nov 19, she's still has not gotten the right size after calling to ask to be sent the correct size. That's my wife's experience. Mine is that after that first call a week went by and I never got the email I was told I would receive to e-sign and reply back. So I called them but they did not have my cell number on the system. Hence was told that they needed to create an account for me. Remember I already had a conversation a week ago with an Apria rep where we discussed my medical insurance, my supplies order details, etc. But here I am being told to get started again as new account. Once I spent time with this rep that created my new account, he told me that I would receive an email in the next few minutes, which did not arrived until the day after. But since I was expecting it and it never arrived that same day, I missed the email. Next thing I know is a week goes by and I suddenly receive a call from an Apria rep, in which he reminds me that I needed to return the e-signed paperwork for my order to proceed. I looked at my inbox and explained that I was expecting this email as told "the same day", but that yeah, it was on muy inbox, that as soon as I had a chance will go to it e-sign it and send it back. Two hours later I go to the email to do it, and the link was expired. So the rep that called me, had no idea that the link was not working. At his point I felt like with this company the friction and the barriers to overcome to receive service are starting to feel like too much work and time to spend on. So I never ever called them again. Well yesterday Nov 18 my wife was again at the phone inquiring about her order for her correct mask replacement, and asked the lady who helped her to help me with my order and perhaps be able to send me a working link for the e-docs signing. I somewhat reticent, decided to spek with the rep, and after my wife passing her cellphone to me, the lady was so unprofessional that she did not even presented herself as "Hi Mr. XYZ, I am Ms. ABC, how can I help you", but not only that, she would repeatedly interrupt me whenever I tried to convey my frustration with the whole process and asked it this time she could make sure my order would finally be taken care of. She did not offered an customary apology like any average customer service rep would, and asked me bluntly if I was finished and hung up on me. And guess what, today, one day after, I am still waiting for the elusive email that she told me would arrive at my inbox, but has not yet arrived. End of story. Anyone who read this complete account of mine with this company is now well advised as to not do decision with Apria. This is the first review I aever have done on Google, so you can imagine the level frustration that lead to me deciding to sit down to write this. Companies like this, need to step up their processes to be vastly improve their processes and systems, to be provide decent service, and be fair to their clients. Otherwise they do not deserve to be in business. And at this rate the marketplace will decide how long Apria will be in business !!!
If I could give you a zero, I would. On my third follow up call for my order, the customer service rep tells me my order was cancelled. The first two follow up calls, the reps flat out lied. The first said it shipped. Two weeks later the second rep said they were waiting for doctor authorization. That same day my doctor’s office called to check if the request was legit. Today’s call—yes, 6 weeks after the initial order—I was told the order was cancelled. Ridiculous!
Were acommidating friendly and prompt. Also the product is simple to use, and I have had the best night sleep I have had in over 10 years. Thank you
This Apria location is fabulous! Always are helpful and quick to assist me! I've been to a couple locations in northern IL and this one is by far my favorite.
