Pretty sweet. Had 6 pallets offloaded. 6am appt. Unloaded by 530 I believe. Once your light turns from red to green your paperwork should be in the back.. then you can just gooo
Appointment was at 06:00 am , cheked in 05:50 , got the dock at 6:00 , one hour later I'm out Easy and fast. Overnight parking
Arrived here early for delivery. They open at 5am and close at 11 am for deliveries. It's different for pickups.. you can stay over night.
Do not chek in before your appt. time , will see how they doing so far 2 hrs on dock and they did not even started yet ! Deserve more likely minus 10 stars
Young guy receiving was nice. I was the first one here. They got me to a door and started unloading immediately at 6:00. Appt. Time at 5:00 am. Someone wrote on the sign on the door about them opening at 6:00. Young guy confirmed. They open at 6:00am. Sleep in an extra hour!!! Overnight parking was nice!!! No restrooms.
They deserve no star at all. Very slow unloading. After every 5-10 minutes of a "hard work" they they were taking 30 minutes of a "Quick break". Appointment for delivery was @ 7 am and they finished unloading my trailer @ 11:45 am. Avoid !!!
Fairly quick. Driver had 7am appt, arrived 6:40am, out 8:07am. I was concerned about delivery after reading the reviews, so not sure if driver was lucky or they werent busy Thursday.
If not one of the laziest group of shipping and receiving individuals I have ever dealt with. Arrive 1.5Hrs ahead, was told to check back in at my scheduled delivery time. When I do so he was clearly on a call while sitting on the forklift and had me sit there for 15 minutes for him to finally come up to me look at my paperwork and say I have to wait! I’m sorry but as a previous Manager that is poor production.
I arrived 6:30am for a 10am live unload. Guess what? I got unloaded 2:30pm! Good luck going there! I think they are short staff.
Appt was @11am. Arrived 10:20am, Guy @check in says “come back to check in @11am.” Left @3:45pm
