I booked two facials for the same time, one for myself and one for my partner. I thought we would be taken at the same time with two different employees, but after I was finished mine I found that my partner hadn't been taken back yet. We didn't have enough time for him to go back we had somewhere else to be right after since we assumed we'd both be done at the same time. The employee who did my facial was very nice and sweet though, so I'm not blaming her. I think maybe they were understaffed that day? The facial itself was okay. I've only ever had one before to compare it to. Since I have rosacea and was getting a sensitive skin facial, I assumed the employee would not use a lot of heat on my skin, but she did use some hot towels. I know this is to open the pores, but during my previous sensitive skin facial done elsewhere they seemed to do everything they could not to make my skin too hot or irritated. I'm not an aesthetician, so maybe people have different ways of working. Again, the employee was very nice and sweet. Otherwise the spa itself was clean and modern-looking, as well as reasonably priced compared to the over priced hotel spas in AC.
This was my first time going to any spa and I got the 50 minute facial. It was very clean and a nice environment. I had my facial done by Candice and she is soo good! It was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. If you are using google reviews to decide if you are coming here, I HIGHLY recommend it from my visit! I am definitely going to come back!
My experience at Aqua Spa was fantastic from start to finish. I booked three of the King’s Treatment special that included massage, express facial, and pedicure at an extremely reasonable rate. Booking was easy and they accommodated our party of three all at the same time, which was amazing considering it’s a smaller spa. The facility is nice and clean, but the highlight is definitely the services. We all agreed the massages were the best we’ve ever had! Truly heavenly!!! Facials were fantastic and pedicures outstanding, too. Niesha, Namira, and Candice - we so appreciate your professionalism and amazing relaxation skills. I wish I lived closer. This would definitely be my go-to spa.
Nieesha is excellent. I deal with chronic pain from medical conditions and have to get massages to temporarily alleviate the pain. Not everyone is gifted in the art and skill of massage. I can vouch that Nieesha is. I've never gotten a massage like hers in my life. I highly recommend her.
From the first day it opened I was on board. They have a monthly special that is always awesome. Since the pandemic the sauna and steam are not available but it is still the best deal in town. Their charges are half of what Blue Mercury and Red Door charge. I have gone to the spa in Caesars Bally Tropicana Harrahs and Borgata, but since Aqua Spa opened that's my go to joint in AC. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday open 11a to 7p Thursday to Monday. Small intimate space and courteous therapists along with a line of quality items for purchase. If you're a FantaSea owner, you get a discount. Fantastic!!
The spa itself has a nice appearance. I was dissatisfied with my service. I got the Mani/pedi. The pedicure was great! But my gel manicure was not. The nail artist cut 3 of my nails way to short to the point that she went past the nail bed and hurt me. She also did not paint my whole nail and left the tips of my nail without any color at all. The tech who did my pedi was great.
Nieesha is amazing! I am definitely coming back to this spa because of her. Received a full body massage and was walking in the clouds afterwards. She is very thorough and thoughtful. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ashley did my manicure and facial and did a great job as well! Thanks ladies.
This place did a good Swedish Massage and Facial. I would not recommend the add on of extracting black/whits heads though. The way they do it is too harsh for the skin and face. I developed a bump on my nose because of it. But I would definitely go again for a quick massage.
