Stayed in the Dennis tower, which I realize is the cheapest and most dated.   It’s not horrible, but carpet was coming up in one spot, curtain was ripped.  It’s the kind of room you want to stay in if all you plan on doing is gambling. Which is why you go to AC in the first place.  Location was great, right on the boardwalk.  Overall, a decent experience.

I felt like I could have stayed in a better hotel. Even though the room felt cozy but some parts of the room run down. For the amount I spent… I should have gotten a better well kept room. In  addition, i was always lacking something in my room like wash clothes and tissue. I didn’t receive any housekeeping on Sunday.  I informed the front desk representative that housekeeping never came. The front desk representative told me that there’s no housekeeping on Sunday. -I find that to be weird. Anyways save your money and try the other hotels in that area. The only Good thing about Bally’s is the location.- That’s it!

Like most comments I've read afterward, unfortunately, but the rooms are definitely in need of renovation. The phone  didn't work. So, it took forever to get items such as rags. Took my family, and the pool was  for 21 and older. Not even when accompanied by adultsI definitely won't be staying again.Rooms: 1/5

This hotel should not be 4 stars. It’s probably closer to a 2 star. I spent a weekend with my friends for a girl’s trip. Upon check in and first entering our room we found a dirty shower, a dirty sock, a children’s toy, and trash from the previous tenant. There was also some sort of liquid smeared all over the sides of the gold table on the room.  When we went to the front desk to ask to be moved, they told us the rooms were full. We asked for the room to be re-cleaned and the sheets changed again. They comped us with some drink vouchers totaling $25. When we got back to our room, the floors had been vacuumed, but the trash was still in the room. We went down to the front desk again, were told the cleaning staff would be back up and they never came. They once again comped us with a $75 drink voucher.  When I laid down in bed for the night, I realized a corner of the room next to the bed smelled like pee. A corner of a “freshly cleaned” room smells like pee?? That is not becoming of a “4 star” hotel. Drink vouchers for overpriced drinks aside, that is not customer service.  I was entirely disappointed with this hotel, and I would not recommend anyone stay here. It is filthy and not well maintained. You’re expressing of concerns will not be taken seriously either.  Rooms: • Dirty • Not maintained  Noteworthy details: Do not pay to stay here.

Very nice casino floor, rest of the hotel could use a little work.. food options ok but could be better, location is the best reasons for staying here.. front desk service great always brought up whatever was asked for including towels, pool eh hot tubs and saunas were all closed..Rooms: 3/5

Wonderful experience!! The room was nicer than expected and had a beautiful view! The bathroom was huge and had a deep jacuzzi like tub! Not a jacuzzi but deep for two people! I believe we had a king bed in a junior suite! In the ballys Tower! The only con….. was the elevators take a little time however because you really don’t realize how many floors the hotel has…

Saw the MJ Live show and the ballroom is very spacious.  Not a bad seat except your seating sections could be posted a little better.  Especially make it noticeable that seating is a first come arrangement and not assigned seating.Location: 5/5

Just went to the MJ show. The casino seems tired and needs a face lift but that won't happen. Sad to see these great hotels that were once for high-end entertainment and clientele. Now it's shorts n sneakers and not  glam at all. The end of AC as we knew it.Service: 4/5

We went to the Yard and had excellent service from our bartender Laurie! We tasted a few different beers before committing for a whole poor. She made delicious cocktails for my wife and my daughter in Yard cups. Great beer selection also. The cheese steak egg rolls were delicious and did not contain onions to my wife's delight.Service: 5/5
