My partner and I went in, while they were closing, not knowing if we were going to get anything. Then we walked over to Petsmart to look at beta's, but we immediately came back to AquaTera. They were closed by then, but still let us in and one of employees helped us pick out a beta and gave us excellent pointers. It was a great experience plus their beta's are much, much, much more happier than the ones at Petsmart. If you want a happy beta and great customer service, even when they are closed, go to AquaTera! Thanks for the great service, we are so happy with our new friend :

My son is into African Cichlids fish.  We were visiting Flagstaff over the weekend and he asked to visit this store... Small but well stocked.  My son said the prices on cichlids were excellent.  Friendly staff.  Nice little "please touch" tidal pool at the front, with hermit crabs and chocolate starfish.  I'm sure my son will want to stop by again during our next visit to Flagstaff!

I came all the way from Colorado to go there and the only thing i have to say is that they are the best store i have ever been into and have great customer service and satisfaction the prices are amazing. The owner Cory is the nicest guy i have ever met ill definitely be back thanks aqua tera.

Great knowledge, the staff genuinely care for each animal, wonderful selection and decent prices.

It is a great place but did not call me back when I called about getting food for my pet

Cory is the best. He is very friendly and helpful.
