We have boarded our two cats and our pup recently. We can tell our babies have a good time here. The staff is friendly and seem to really care about our pets. I love the report cards we get after each visit. Thanks kingsmark!!
We have a large standard poodle that was very shy. We got there she was playing having a good time and she loved everyone. I also had my Maltipoo in with her neither one of them acted weird they were happy to see us but they were in good shape I love this kennel. We drive 2 hours from Snowflake to keep our dogs there because we know they will be safe and well cared for. Their staff to guest ratio is amazing.
Today was our 1st day there and Stitch seemed to feel right at home. He even ate his lunch which he never dose at daycare. We will see them again soon.
I love Kingsmark Kennels. My dogs are family and I trust Kingsmark to take excellent care of them. Their facilities are always clean and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend them for your all your boarding needs.
We LOVE Kingsmark Kennels! Our dog is well taken care of, and always has a great time. We also love receiving a report card after his overnight stays. The staff treat our dog kindly, and our dog always returns looking and smelling his best. 10/10 recommend
Okay for starters, in the past I had an unpleasant experience happen at the last boarding facility in another state and it was rated one of the best in town and so my trust and hesitation went up and I wasn’t sure I was to ever board my dog anywhere ever again. My husband and I live away from family so we don’t have the luxury of letting them stay with someone close to us. We had an out of state wedding planned and knew we had to figure out what we were going to do with the pups. My husband and I relocated to the Flagstaff area earlier this year and we both immediately did LOT’s of research and this place was rated so well from many. Our first day visiting the facility we had multiple dog owners saying they hoped we liked it because they’ve been going for years and love it. This place gave us a personal tour of the entire facility, everything was so clean, everyone was so nice and they had so many play areas and activities for the dogs; Honestly, one of the nicest facilities I’ve ever seen! We explained to them our hesitations about boarding the boys and they said they would text us daily with updates along with pictures and they have been so communicative throughout the whole experience. Today we picked up the boys Cooper & Caddis and they were gleaming with happiness, they even made it as The Dogs Of The Week on the bulletin board! Everyone said they were so good and loved playing with the staff and the staff can’t wait to see them again. This seriously melted my heart. We are so beyond impressed with this facility and the staff and my trust is definitely restored in boarding our dogs again. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, honest and communicative place to bring your fur babies! Thanks again everyone at Kingsmark! I already know the boys are looking forward to their next visit in the future!
I’ve taken my dogs to kingsmark kennels and they had the time of there life. they get so excited ever time we go there and all the staff take such good care of my dogs. I can always count on them to make sure my fur babies come back home clean, healthy and happy. The owners and staff of Kingsmark is so generous and compassionate. Overall love them and will never go anywhere else again.
Abe had a great time at Kingsmark, as always! Thanks again for taking care of him while we were away. You guys are the best!
Our Aussie/Collie had a full day at Kingsmark Kennels and came home happy and well exercised from all his play. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean.
