I HAD my prepaid cremation here. Awhile back I called to find out if I moved out of state would the pre-paid cremation be honored elsewhere. The man I won't name his name was very rude about me taking the policy away from them. Beware your policy doesn't transfer to other states. I found this place uncaring, rude, and no clear about things upfront. I have since moved and the other company made Arbor transfer the money I paid to Arbor. I was told that they make money by investing in pre-pay plans. My former neighbors told me that no matter who you are , after they provide the pre-pay services Arbor ALWAYS adds on other charges. Shameful.

Easy to work with and cost effective compared to all other funeral homes we contacted.

Great customer service and friendly people. Really care about the family and what happens when such a tragedy occurs. Fair prices and reasonable. Also helps the environment and plants a tree to honor the deceased person.
