Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

So go to this location to get two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches with bacon !!!! No roast beef no bacon ? How are you even in business ? This location has consistently failed to meet my expectations. It’s always something happening out of stock no help etc wait time to long . Fix this problem please I love Arby’s overall but you need some serious changes . To answer below questions I can’t I did not get anything you were out of everything. So disregard answering the questions. I could not submit without answering.
So we went to Yukon Arby's. The manager was the cashier, she was sick and repeatedly coughed into her shirt. The sandwiches were ok, the fries were burned, cold and old. I've always liked Arby's but the quality of service and food has gone down hill over the last few years. I'm still going to go to Arby's and hopefully corporate will see this and get the ball rolling to make the necessary improvements. I have hope for them. The food is good but only with the right people with the right attitude at the right time. Hopefully my experiences are anomalies and you have good luck when you go.
Placed an online order for a French dip. Once I arrived to pick up the order they claimed they had no roast beef among other things such as bacon and wagyu. They asked if I’d like to wait about 15 minutes for them to cook roast beef so I asked if they could substitute the roast beef for another meet such as turkey which they already had ready. They claimed turkey costs too much. It’s not the customers fault you guys don’t have the food you’re most known for ready for your customers. I listened to them turn away multiple drive thru orders because they didn’t have roast beef. The Arby’s is obviously not very well managed if they can’t keep inventory on hand. Definitely not satisfied with the service I received from them either. There’s plenty of other good food places in this area I’d suggest you give your business.
I felt compelled to share this review if you order the strawberry lemonade which is a quote unquote large it's very small it's $3.39 and you do not get refills even though it does not say that on the sign
This store, unfortunately, has gotten complacent in the short amount of time it's been around. I do warn those that do the drive thru: They will keep the older, colder fries specifically for drive thru. Nine times out of ten, they don't expect the customer to come back, as opposed to someone dining in. It's a shame that whomever owns this particular franchise doesn't care. But, it is what it is. Then again, it *is* fast food.
The lady that took our order was rude with us and acted like she just didn't want to be there. The tables and floors were dirty. However, the food was great!Food: 5/5
Im never one to complain about restaurants or fast food joints. But this Arby’s is Possibly the worst fast food I’ve ever had. Ordered the French dip. Fries were cold and the meat on the sandwich was the temperature of deli meat. Felt like the entire meal had been sitting out for hours.
Your hours say 11:00 p.m. I showed up between 10:34 and 10:44 and y'all were closed. Would like to know the hours so I'm not driving over there when is advertised on here that your open. JUS SAYING..TY
Didn't get my sauce, had to go back in, when I opened my sandwich it was soaked through the bread.Food: 1/5
We ordered a turkey bacon ranch meal no tomato and no onion with a Dr Pepper. We also ordered a 2/7 everyday value meal with a French dip and Swiss and a spicy Roast a beef. When we got home we realized the French dip and Swiss was not in there and there was also a hair in the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. We ate what we had and I called the store to ask for a refund for the sandwich we did not receive. The store manager refused and said “I packed the bag and I knew it was in there” yet we did not get the sandwich. She said the only option was to bring back all the food and prove it. But there is also no “proof” that the manager put it in the bag and it was delivered to us. The manager may have been lying but there was no proof of it. All we wanted was a refund for the French dip that we didn’t get. We weren’t even that mad about the hair on the sand which. I would have no reason to call and make a big fuss about a sandwich that I did receive. But I didn’t receive it.
