Got home and my wife's sandwich was missing so I drove back up there and when I got back I realized my sandwich the new burger was so hard and messy I didn't take a bite. Over $10 and I threw it away. You can see the burger was in the box sideways and could tell it must have been cooked hours ago by looking at the hard piece of meat.
This was not a good experience. I try not to leave negative reviews unless I feel necessary. We went trick or treating last night. Yes I knew it was going to be busy but we stood in line for 37 mins before we were able to get food. The woman who helped us was super rude. The food was not done correctly. Like I said I knew it would be busy but I feel as if the management did not try to help. I will not be going here again but I hope they fix this problem.
Our curly fries were cold and greasy! They gave us another order and they tasted like the grease was old. Got to table and opened burgers and they were cooked so hard we couldn't eat them. We threw food in trash and left with a good cold cup of tea that we paid $19.99 for. Parking: Handicap
Food was ok but the attitude of the little girl working the window was horrible! 12/24/22 @5:00PM. Shook her head when we pulled up and acted as if we were interrupting her day. Very rude! Got an attitude when I ask for some sauce and mumbled something to her coworker. Do better or go home.
Apparently English is not their strong suit. I specifically asked for Sausage Egg Biscuit NO CHEESE. I was nice enough to wait 15 minutes for the biscuit, got my order and left. Now I'm 50 miles away and it's too late to go back. This is why I have trust issues with fast food and why I'm against $15 an hour. When you're able to get my order correct, maybe then I'll change my mind. Until then, I'd only agree to maybe $8 an hour.
Not always a fan of Arby's. Husband wanted an Arby's roast beef sandwich so I went to the one on Satsuma. This one is usually lacking on good customer service and quality of food. Today however Charla took my order, she made the entire customer service experience the best! Charla made sure to share with the other team members of my special request and double checked with me that I had everything needed. Arby's and many other restaurants need more employees like Charla!! I appreciate you Charla!
Pretty great experience! My Grand Turkey Club was well crafted and tasted great! Stores was very clean, service was fast, and food was served fresh and hot! Keep up the good work guys!
Hard azz, grease soak fries
I'm a truck driver I really wanted a roast beef sandwich crinkle fries and a milkshake been thinking about it for miles so I stopped at Satsuma Alabama the pilot the young guy taking the order never looked up mumbled something about me to start talking when I'm ready to order now if you deal with the public should you be playing on your phone are taking care of the customers so I walk out and went to waffle house the waitress was very nice we talked about my experience at Arby's and she said the customer service has alway sucked so you lost my business and hers.
staff could care less. I get it, it's a fast food job, but if you dislike your job and dislike the customers find something else.
