No greeting even when you pay they are just talking to each other with music turned up. Food is ALWAYS incorrect. I went a few nights ago and they left out a few things in my order. When I went back they didn't answer the speaker so I drove to the window. Man said they were now closed. I told him they forger 3 things in my order. He told the woman in the kitchen and I could literally here her b*tching about not wanting to remake it and that she already put up stuff. So he asked me if I was ok without having this ingredient and that ingredient.... I asked for a refund and he said no. Ice went here a handful of times and every single time I've had to go back because of missing items.
I purchased a meal from this location that was not acceptable. After drinking out of my sweet tea I found this substance floating in my cup. I talked to someone in reference to this visit. He assured me I would be refunded. I went back for my refund and the store manager had no knowledge of the refund. I told her I would come back for my refund when she spoke with the gentleman I spoke with. Well to this day nothing. I'm fine with losing the $14. That's the last penny of my money that Taco Bell will receive. A word of advice: Take care of your customers and they will come back.
One star is too generous. I wish I would have sought the reviews before visiting this HORRIBLE place. I am a calm and humble person and I am usually able to mitigate unpleasant situations. Though this poor Taco Bell experience was beyond me. I waited for 25 minutes and paid $10 for a few pieces of chicken, a remnant of cubed tomato and confetti lettuce thrown on like outgoing trash. I was overcharged paying more for less food.The cashier was nice , though the manager, is a poor leader. I tried to explain the issue with the manager, he rendered piercing eyes of resentment and walked off. It is evident why the service is poor at this location, poor management. This is my first and last visit here. Please do NOT waste your time, energy or money here. There are other restaurants in Saraland that deserve your service more than this place.
This store needs to be shut down ! The customer service is terrible and the way they prepare/bag the food is just as bad if not worse. The two times I’ve been I’ve placed mobile orders. The first time they claimed I only placed one when in fact I placed TWO and had the receipt to prove it . The manager and staff were going back and forth trying to solve the situation when all they had to do was just prepare the other order. The second and LAST TIME I came , the lady at the speaker asked if the order on the screen was correct when there was no order on the screen and told me an incorrect total. Then I pull up to the window and try to show her the receipt and without even looking at it she says it was right. I then received my food which was in one bag when I had two separate orders so everything was just thrown in the bad and realized I was missing an item . I told the last that I was missing something and someone in the back says "No she ain’t!" I said "Yes I am!" And then showed her the that it wasn’t in my bag and they gave me my missing item. This store has such a bad reputation. JUST DONT GO TO THIS TACO BELL, THEY’RE TRASH !
Cameron unsure his last name, but he definitely had great customer service. In this day and age most places you go the customer service is not good, but Cameron had great customer service to where you wanna go back. Just to add the food was hot and prepared well.Food: 5/5
This place has really changed for the better. Food quality and service have improved dramatically. Love the kiosk. Easy to use. Much improved. Vegetarian options: They have them and they are good. Kid-friendliness: Kids love tacos.
Every time I have gone, within the past four months, my order has been messed up in some way shape or form. Rude drive-through personnel as well. Very disappointed in this location, seeing how I love Taco Bell! So the past three night we have had Taco Bell every night order was messed up tonight not only was the order messed up but the half the food was dry paid for extra meat and it looks like less then what would be on a normal taco. So we called and the manager was extremely rude. Cut us off before we finished saying anything at all. Complete carelessness at this establishment and waste of money!! The sad thing is that it just gets worse and worse!
The hard shell tacos were mushy before even leaving the parking lot, went through drive-thru.Food: 3/5
Terrible! I want corporate to contact me immediately!!! I called the store about a completely wrong order and the ghetto little smart mouth that answered the phone hung up within 5 words of the conversation and now won’t answer. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! I want a refund and to speak to the regional manager ASAP. This is unacceptable! Picture is just 1 issue and guess What, it’s COLD! Also added a photo showing the 21 second conversation and how they won’t answer since the girl hung up on me. UPDATE: GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE LAST NIGHT, COMPLETELY ROBBED AGAIN BY THIS LOCATION!!! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS SORRY @$$ EXCUSE FOR A TACO BELL DOWN!
The employees that I encountered were not helpful and did not seem to care. They rushed me through my order. I will not return to the Saraland Taco Bell.Food: 3/5
