Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Why is it that fast food places only hire complete idiots. Just reviewed Wendy's because they gave me a fully loaded Single with everything on it when the receipt clearly says Single Ketchup Only. I then went to this Arby's and Bourbon BBQ Rib Slider... AND GET A FREAKING CHICKEN SLIDER!!! Is everyone under age 25 stupid or just illiterate? Interesting side note... Both places had the lights to the building and menu boards off... It had been dark outside for almost an hour... Dietary restrictions: What good is dietary restrictions if they can't read? It's printed on the receipt so it must have been on the order.
I placed an order at the drive thru for two combos. I get to the window and she only rang up two sandwiches. Once she corrected that I asked for curly fries and she gave me crinkle fries that were overly salted. I asked for ketchup and specified no other sauce. The only sauce I received was Arby’s sauce. She also went to hand me my drinks and one was the correct size and the other was a smaller size. I asked her why and she had no answer for me. I’m not sure if Carol can’t hear but everything I ordered was incorrect.
These guys rock!!! My order is correct every time that i go there!! Service is fast and always polite!! There are many fast food joints that could take some pointers from this establishment!!! You guys shine in a world full of impolite people !!!!
I tried their chicken tenders for the first time they were so good hot and fresh. Great job Arby's dipping sauce was also wellFood: 5/5
Yes I ordered a on/ line order today,overall fair,but the bag was sealed.when I ask for a cup of beef broth,the front cashier was nice,but the mgr on duty "Glared at me again..this happened once berfore!!there is nothing on line to order this...when I opened the seal bag,only to find roast beef slider was smashed & Gyros did not have extra meat.the fries had so much "salt" I threw 1 away. I HAVE NOTICE THIS PERSON IN CHARGE SEEMS TO HAVE A RACIST LOOK TOWARDS WHITE CUSTOMERS,BUT NOT BLACK CUSTOMERS??.
Went there at 4 pm. Sunday. I wanted the 2 for $7 beef and cheddar. They had no Meat,the roast beef would not be ready for another half hour. You are known for roast beef. How could you be out of it !Food: 1/5
Look, I don't usually rate fast food, but this place has been the needle in the hay stack. These kids have always come through, rain or sun, and made me laugh while getting food. For the staff alone I actually recommend this Arby's over any option there. They've been amazing each time I've stopped in after curling and made my food perfect every time.
I usually always leave an excellent revíew for this location. The food is usually always on point except on a few visits. But this last experience at the drive through was totally unacceptable as a customer. The guy taking my order JOEL had quite the attitude and was pretty snappy with me. I could barely here the guy over the intercom. I ordered something and he gets attitude over 5 PC poppers or 8 PC! Then I asked him about his customer service skills and tells him he has a attitude. He replies.... "It happens". Really? That's how Arby's does things now? Here's my information if Upper Management needs to fix a customers problem. It's not the quality of your food. That's pretty much never an issue. Your employee needs to be dealt with. If he feels your customers aren't worth a bit of courtesy.... Maybe I won't be a customer at Arby's anymore. $21.96 adds up for a customer and his friends patronizing your resteraunt more than 10 times a week.
I don't expect much from fas food help but at least say hello and stay off your phone while taking my order. I use to like going to this Arby's I might need to look elsewhere. I don't want to hear the help in the back making comments about a question ask at the drive-thru. Food was good and prepared fast just need to tighten up the service.
