Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I know that I'll always have good food when I go here. They are definitely pricier than most other fast food places, but they also have options that no other place offers. The workers there have always been friendly whenever I go as well, so it makes me more inclined to stop by when I have some money to spare and want to treat myself. Parking: The parking is directionally positioned, so you need to driver clockwise around the building.
Overall just terrible and it’s not the first, fries taste and look like they just dipped them back in grease for a few seconds to make them hot, I order a 3 piece tender and I guess they were too lazy to make some fresh so I got 2 tenders and 2 chicken nuggets smh that’s not what I ordered and it’s not the first they’re fries always taste old. Honestly this store gets one more try and I’m done not going to keep wasting money
I’ll keep this one short n sweet. On 8-5-23 around mid to early evening I go to pick up a door dash order. Usually it’s nice n peaceful. Today was another story. The girl Manager out of nowhere starts screaming TWICE. WHO IS ASSIGNED TO THE DRIVE-THROUGH. When I say screamed, everyone in the entire restaurant looked and we all started looking at each other like are u serious right now. It was so unprofessional PERIOD. If she was my employee, she wouldn’t be anymore.
2.5 stars/5 If you want 5 star's you will have to do better but my guess is you don't care the cashier sure didn't. She was acting like everyone who walked through the door was just another problem that she had to deal with. It was apparent that she was thinking about being anywhere but at work. Her overall attitude demeanor disposition and vocal responses were the exact opposite of someone who should be working in a restaurant or anywhere for that matter. Now who ever is actually in charge should consider seeing about table numbers for orders so you don't give my food to the wrong person who came in much after I did this shouldn't happen but it did once it was corrected and I sat down to eat my luke warm heat lamp food. I somehow gained an extra item in the fries. Which did'nt bother me to much but it may someone who is allergic.
Missed an entire sandwich from our order and another was missing a third of its contents. Meanwhile the only other sandwich we actually received was slapped together and dumped into the bottom of the bag. The old fries and cold sandwiches could have been overlooked and this review wouldn’t have been written if they were the only problem. I don’t normally care about disinterested minimum wage staff, but I’m angry about not getting all the food I paid for. Couldn’t fully finish the qr survey due to their contact me section being broken.
recently visited Arby's with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The main issue that left me disappointed was the undercooked mozzarella sticks. Upon receiving my order of mozzarella sticks, I eagerly anticipated biting into warm, crispy sticks with gooey cheese centers. However, to my dismay, the mozzarella sticks were noticeably undercooked. The breading lacked the desired golden brown color and crispiness, while the cheese inside remained cold and unmelted. It was a letdown to say the least. Aside from the unappetizing mozzarella sticks, I found the overall experience at Arby's to be rather average. The service was adequate, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The staff seemed disengaged and lacked the enthusiasm that can make a dining experience more enjoyable. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the restaurant was unremarkable. The seating area was clean, but it lacked any distinctive or welcoming ambiance. It felt like a typical fast food establishment, which didn't add to the overall experience. While this particular visit to Arby's was disappointing, I understand that isolated incidents can occur in any restaurant. However, the undercooked mozzarella sticks were a significant oversight that affected my overall impression of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Arby's left much to be desired, primarily due to the undercooked mozzarella sticks. While the service and atmosphere were average, the quality of the food was lacking, leading to a subpar dining experience. I hope that Arby's takes steps to improve the consistency of their food preparation in order to avoid similar disappointments in the future.
I ordered a large fry and 2 sandwiches off of doordash and my order of fry were a small order inside the large box and some 9f them burnt and some undercooked. You can tell whoever was working had no care for what they were sending out. The sandwiches were very sloppy. Just overall very displeased hire people who care or I won't be returning
My wife and I ate there yesterday. She had a BLT wrap and I had a Reuben sandwich. I expected the bread to be toasted crisp, but the whole sandwich was just soggy, like it had been prepared and then microwaved. My wife had to pick all the lettuce off her wrap because the edges were black and it was mushy possibly freezer burnt. We both threw away about half our sandwiches. However, the curly fries were excellent! We should have taken the food back, but we were in a hurry.
I go about 3 maybe 4 times a week. I usually get the French Dip or Buffalo Chicken sliders Depending on who are working the quality varies. Some care about presentation some don't.Food: 4/5
Maybe it's just me but I feel like the quality of the service and preparation of the food has gone down this past year !Food: 3/5
