I came to Arenas Immigration desperate for help for my children. Attorney Lourdes had already helped me with my own case to remain in the US legally, but my four young children were still stuck in Haiti under very frightening conditions. Thanks to all the hard work and expertise from attorneys Lourdes, Augusto, and others on her staff, this past April I was finally reunited with my children whom I had not seen in nearly 8 years! To me that was a total miracle, considering the fact that my country is in such horrific condition, even currently without any government. Words cannot express my gratitude. En primer lugar, la firma de Arena's Immigration fue la única firma que creyó en que yo tenia no solo un caso sino 3 casos por los cuales yo clasificaba. Lourdes me ayudo y me guio por todo el camino hasta obtener mi residencia, desde el principio me dijo que mi caso era muy difícil pero no imposible de ganar y además me dijo que el proceso seria largo y así fue. Gracias Arena's Immigration por todo! Good afternoon everyone, I want to tell you a little bit about my case. First of all, the firm of Arena's Immigration was the only firm that believed that I had not only one case but 3 cases by which I classified. Lourdes helped me and guided me all the way to obtain my resident's card, from the beginning she told me that my case was very difficult but not impossible to win and also told me that the process would be long and so it was. But thank God first and thanks to the whole Arena's Immigration team everything became a reality and on May 12, 2022 I was approved for my resident and now I can go to my country to visit my family after 30 years of seeing them. That's not to say Arena's Immigration took 30 years to get my resident. The total process was 4 years, but because my case was very difficult and I already knew that, but she told me would take more time, but it was faster than we thought. Thank Arena's Immigration for All!
Terrible experience with this law firm and Lourdes She is NEVER available to attend her clients. If you have questions or even an appointment scheduled with Lourdes you always end up speaking to the assistant or receptionist. If you have an appointment scheduled with Lourdes and something changed on her side you are never informed so there you are waiting thinking you will finally get to speak to her or see her personally to get legit answers! It is very frustrating to never get to actually talk to her and get answers from HER being that her time and job is not being done for free. Very unprofessional!
Could not be having a worse experience with this law firm. Complete lack of communication and whenever I reach out to them they extend the timeline and provide little to no insight. You’d be better off doing the paperwork yourself

I am Venezuelan and I currently live in Caracas-Venezuela. I would like to record in writing how grateful I am to Arenas immigration and its attorneys. Thanks to them, I obtained a humanitarian visa to travel to the United States in an emergency, where my mother was seriously ill, who died a few days after seeing her. That humanitarian visa parolle allowed me to be at the funeral and accompany my family a little more. The case was quite difficult, I had been denied a tourist visa five times, three times in Venezuela, once in Brazil and once in Colombia. It was then that we went to Arenas Immigration to see if there was any other way that would allow me to travel to USA. They took the case as their own and guided us on all the documents that it was appropriate to attach to the file. Throughout the process, doubts arose that at all times the lawyers and their team of paralegals were available to clarify and guide us on how to proceed. Finally the case was approved. That was how I was able to see my mother and accompany her in the last moments of her life and support my father and brothers.
Thanks to the work of her assistants, everything worked out for me, but as for the lawyer, she was always very unpunctual in all appointments until one time she yelled at me just for a comment that I didn't like her treatment. At the end of my case I asked her for my documents and She charged me for everyone so my experience with her was not the best if you don't speak to find out about your case she will never do it even if a lot of time passes, her time is very busy to attend to you and if she makes a phone appointment at 12 and You're lucky I'll call you but until 5 o'clock almost to be unpunctual
They are simply the best, very specialized in everything they do and the lawyer Lourdes is too beautiful... God bless each one of this beautiful team greatly. THANK YOU!
