Don’t miss a payment cause they won’t tell you and send you to collections. By far one of the worst gyms I’ve been too. They hit you with hidden fees, and literally won’t file your cancellation so you’ll go months paying thinking you cancelled. Just extremely poor administration and management. I would definitely not recommend going here or you’d be dealing with a lot of snakes

Great place to work out. They have great hours. Almost 24.

They had the exact machine That I could use for my back that did not hurt my tennis elbow. The locker rooms are clean and spacious and the tanning bed is new. I would give this facility an A+ for everything it has and did I mention that it looks like it has been newly renovated. Check this location out!

I used to love this gym, especially the women’s only section, but then they quit being open 24 hrs and now they keep shortening their hours. Would not recommend.

Wish I could give less stars....I canceled over a year ago and was told it was canceled already come to find out they looked at an old account and not the present.....I asked for refund for that money as I have not stepped foot into this gym and refund was refused.....I don't understand why this is such an issue I went at least a few dozen times a year every time I had it...it's obvious they made a mistake as the same mistake was made when I called yesterday to inquire about the credit card charges and they lady Megan said there where no accounts open under my name or phone number......then I called back 20 min. Later to get a proof it was canceled for credit card company and was notified that I had another account open....idek know hot they put me down for 2 accounts beyond blown away my billing statement for credit card only shows a hand full of transactions or I'd seen it earlier......anyway go to planet fitness cheaper good place....

Some of the equipment is older. But overall this gym is well maintained and clean. The staff is always helpful.

Great gym with lots of equipment and a clean facility but not good hours. They are preparing to change hours at the end of the month in favor of opening earlier and closing sooner on Thurs-Sun. That basically means I won't be able to workout on weekends if I am returning from out of town or otherwise busy. I'm looking for a new gym when I'm up for renewal.

Beware -- don't take a trial membership, because you are tricked into an automatic 12 month membership. The gym itself isn't too bad, but they are not upfront about the membership and cannot cancel unless you become totally disabled and have lots of proof or if you are dead.

This one is a lot better than the Middlebury location. It has a sauna, turf yard with monkey bars and space for powerlifting, as well as plenty of squat bars, bike machines, and solid equipment. It’s maintained pretty well.

Nice gym but horrible cancellation of membership. They make you come in to the gym to cancel and make a big deal out of it. Get up to speed you can buy a house from your phone but can't sign up, put on hold or cancel your gym membership. Come on.
