Great facility, all the amenities you could want from a gym, always staff around to help if needed even at midnight. Extra black card benefits make the extra cash you spend on the black card worth it. Tanning beds, better than some tanning salons and specialty massage chairs... membership worthy!

Thieves! Cancel means cancel, you have to watch them otherwise you will have never ending charges after cancelling. I went through all the proper channels, signed a cancel form in person. A couple months later looking through a bank statement I noticed Planet Fitness was STILL helping themselves to my bank account. When I confronted them about the ongoing charges they treated me like I was some sort of scam artist. It was a measly $20 a month, but IT WAS MY MONEY, and they stole it.

It is required to have all electronic sign-in...my step child does not have a phone or email, so I wasted a 30 minute drive to be told that he could not join me. At least the person at the front desk attempted to bypass a phone number and give a day pass so that the trip was not wasted, but he would have had to be 18 years old or older for that to work. He is 15. He could have done the free summer workout, but, once again, he does not have an email address. Please find ways to compensate everyone, because, believe it or not, some people cannot have modern technologies.

I like this fitness center.  It is the first I have ever used regularly, so I don't have anything for comparison purposes.  However, there is good equipment, it is very clean, and if I have questions, they are always answered.  And I feel great after working out!

Friendly staff and plenty of workout space. The amenities are a great bonus that you don't get at any other gym I've been to. It's very calm and peaceful throughout the gym. If you like to ego lift and rage with your weights then this is probably not the gym for you but if you like to get in and get a nice leisure workout and then use the amenities then this is the perfect gym for you.

First time going to this planet fitness. Very open and plenty of equipment to pick from. Staff was also very helpful.

Love the set up and equipment. It’s all easy to use! Love the tanning beds as well!

I love this gym! 10 bucks a month you just can't beat! It is always clean when I go. The staff always are nice when you check in. The locker rooms are always spotless. I love the atmosphere as well. I do not feel like I am being judged here. It is the best gym I have ever been to. I have been a member for only a year or so but I will continue to keep this my gym.

EDIT, 1 star for the scummy buisness practices. You cant cancel over phone amd if you dont cancel your membership 10 days before your charged they still charge you.... Easy place to get to if you only have 20 min
