Wonderful showroom, and all the staff were very helpful and patient. We ended up ordering a sofa and ottoman with Lesia, who was fantastic helping us pick out the style and options we wanted. We checked out a few other stores in the area and the quality/selection of pieces here was much better, and service was top notch.
Great furniture selection, great presentation, staff left us alone, but some of the chairs were painted to sit in and most items were expensive.
Terrible customer service, I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with their concierge trying to do an exchange. I ended up asking for a return and refund due to their customer service. The lady on the phone was trying to over-charge for a return because I used a reward credit. I was just asking for a refund for the amount I paid out of pocket. Not very transparent process and not sure why they don't offer an online return service rather than calling their customer service. Anyway. I will never buy from Arhaus again!!!!
10/25/22 UPDATE to review! After many frustrating weeks, I WAS in fact, put in touch with a most helpful and responsive corporate manager. I want to thank Barbara Madden wholeheartedly for her excellent listening skills, willingness to compromise in ways that more than restored my faith in Arhaus, as well as her timely responsiveness and respect! I NOW WISH TO ADD THE OTHER FOUR STARS TO MY REVIEW!! I have bought several pieces over the years from this store and had thought it worth the extra money due to past experience. This last purchase, couch ordered early April arriving early Sept was anything but a good experience. Customer service atrocious. Very difficult to get response to our dissatisfaction. Very clear when buying we had cats and leather needs to be able to handle that. Very first day looks like a rip in fabric. Runaround from that. Days later the seats began to make noise. Realized it’s not the seats but the construction. This overly expensive couch is defective and Arhaus unwilling to work with us at all! Recently received an email from regional director containing several grammatical errors and misspellings which simply said we didn’t purchase plan at purchase time and return time has past. Mind you, we had only taken ownership of it weeks prior. He was rude, did not even address the problem with the poor construction, and I will never ever purchase anything from this store again. Beware! Overpriced does not equal well made!
Nice Furniture: Crazy High Delivery Charges

First I will like to start with how unprofessional these people are, my sister made a purchased last year during a terrible time in everyone lives, they told her they sold her furniture's to someone else... she has been waiting for more then 7 months, the store manager kept calling her just to give her the run around. please do not purchase from this store, they don't care about peoples feelings or emotions...
Arhaus has very beautiful expensive furniture. I especially liked their slim arm. However, I am looking for a higher couch that would not put as much strain on my knees

Great quality furniture however, I will never shop at the Burlington location again. I left the store today at 5:10pm because of the poor customer service. When I walked in I noticed three staff members behind the counter who were engaged in a nonwork related conversation that I could hear from the front door. I walked around the store twice without receiving a single salutaion or acknowledgement as a customer. I walked out of the store 20 minutes later after observing the consultants/manager in the same spot engaged in the same conversation. Shoppers spend your money at the Natack location where you will receive excellent customer service every time. Sama and the store manager Taneka are knowledgeable, personable, and provide excellent customer service.
