The eggs were overcooked. The hash browns were soggy with grease. The toast was ok, bit the butter contributed nothing but to lube the toast as you swallowed it. It cost $21 for 2 people. In my opinion, we were overcharged. I normally don't complain about good or service but I witnessed someone, that wasn't our waitperson, sticking their fingers in my wife's good. All in all I would spend your money elsewbere.
A pleasant family restaurant where most of the customers are skilled Blue Collar people. It offers good value for the money. Be aware of the fact that this cozy little restaurant is located on a very valuable piece of real estate which has been recently sold for commercial development. That means that this restaurant is not going to be around a lot longer, which is a shame.
Breakfast is decent but all other meals are horrid. There is a ton of grease no matter what you order. There were several ounces of water in the salade drowning it, pasta tasted microwaver and the sauce on top tasted like generic tomatoe soup straight from the can. The prices are cheap for a reason.
Very nice and friendly staff. We sat at the counter and the service was good. I had the eggs with corned beef hash. It was good, but could of had more corned beef in it. We will go back.
Been coming here since the place opened in 1978 on and off. My mother and my Godparents ate here all the time growing up. When we did go out to eat it be Aris. You can 't beat the prices and get a lot for so little.
