I've visited here to help a friend a couple times, and have worked a tiny bit with the staff. They were super helpful. While working, it sounded like quite a few neat events were planned nearly daily; sounds like some good community building. Clean and quiet.
There are beautiful resorts for not much more. This place is old and has issues. So happy to not have been talked into signing and paying up front. The month was too long.
Oh my gosh! NOISIEST PARK EVER!!! Fighter Jets and Helicopters, Trains and Trucks and Rumbling Choppers, Booming Bass from SO Many Cars, TOO Much Dust, Can't See the Stars!! Maybe its Water Or Maybe its Power, Oft Cut Without Notice and Down For 2 Hours! The Pool SoTiny, So Old, So Flawed, But Fits in Well with The Failing Spa Paws of Your Puppy Will Cook on Blacktop, No Grass will be found, Just Dirt and Rocks! And Just When You Figure Your Done With The Knocks You Lose Clothes in the Laundry and Mail from Your Box! Oh, Heed the Warnings of this Travelers Song, I signed for a year but...SISTER AND BROTHER, EVEN A DAY IS TOO LONG!!
Stayed here twice now 5 to 6 months each time. Great management, nice people, pool and hot tub. No dog park but you can walk your dog on leash. Clean showers and restrooms. Lots of washers and dryers. Clean park. Quiet. Feels safe but not gated. Haven't had any issues though. Fair price too. Games and clubhouse also.
We spend a month at Arizona West Nov 15th-Dec15th. The manager and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is so friendly, one of the friendliest parks I ever stayed at. The sites are a nice size. The laundry room and restrooms are very clean. The hot tub and pool are nice. We would definitely stay again. The only negative thing would be no dog park and not being allowed to walk your dog through the park. After being there a few days we found lots of area outside the park to walk and exercise the dog so it wasn’t really an issue for us.
Very friendly, lots of activities- church services and Bible study. shuffleboard, pickle ball, card games and bingo. There is a resident baker who bakes delicious deserts. One downside is that it is in a very busy part of town so there is a lot of traffic noise. The spaces are tight but worked for all of our four of our slides. We enjoyed our stay. .
We stayed for the 2019/20 winter season great staff and friendly people we had a great time
Very nice and clean park with friendly helpful people. Nice restrooms, pool and hot tub, laundry is excellent too. I would go there anytime.
Really nice peoples the front desk. We were able to hook up they've got great showers they got a great clubhouse and internet. A little bit noisy when you're close to the restrooms as the road has Parnelli Jones and AJ Floyd driving back and forth
