We stopped at Villa Alameda RV Park for a few days on our way west. The park is older and a bit challenging with the sewer and water basically in the middle of the site. Took a bit to get parked in our 37’ motorhome. We managed. Don’t let this deter you. The park is laid out well with good power voltage and water pressure. They also have a nice pool. This was the only reasonably priced park in Yuma. This makes them a great park for the area. Most folks there are permanent or come in the winter.
Super clean and great place to stay. Friendly staff.
We recently stayed there, in Jan 2020, and it was very nice with not a lot of amenities that we didn't use or have to pay extra for. The management and guests were very friendly. It was clean, organized and had the best wireless we have ever experienced in an RV park. It was near the Marine airport so you have fighter aircraft overhead for entertainment also.
A moderate size RV park with citrus trees for you to pick. Pool, Spa, clubhouse, library. Friendly residents and staff. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly rates. Close to Foothills, and Downtown Yuma.
This is a great rv park. We always stay here when we go to Arizona. It's very clean, the people are friendly and it's centrally located. The bathrooms are very clean and modern and great laundry room.
We stayed here to visit an Ol' Navy buddy. Sandy in the office was very nice to deal with, the resort is very clean and neat. Laundry room was just remodeled and the pool was just right. We have stayed at a "High End" resort Encore in Tucson that felt very "COLD". Wheen we arrived here we knew it would be a Good Fit!
Can you say customer service? It's kind of ridiculous as a service provider for a company you would think customer service would be at the Forefront then you have folks like this you walk in hand them paperwork and you get the stinkface then comes the attitude and to think you really had the nerve to ask about your paperwork. Though the nice man behind the window will kindly let you know to go to the next window to go see the lumper now you got another fun part of the ride boys and girls this is where you get screwed with a smile I needed one pallet unloaded I asked to do it myself I was told I could not I was charged over $100 for 1/2 filled pallet. The wait times are ridiculous and don't you dare ask them to use the restroom. the parking is incredibly tight, God forbid they ask you to drop your trailer and leave it while they unload you may come back and your trailer looks like it's been through a Mad Max movie when you return. So if you're on your clock and you arrive you have your 14 hour prepare to have at least eight of that used up there, I will make sure that I'm not ever dispatch to this location again.
Really?! “Please don’t take offense but ....”. I was turned away from here because my trailer doesn’t meet Park criteria. Brand new 17’ retro. Not big enough I am offended. I hope others will consider if this is the type of park you would choose.
Great place, great staff, great snowbirders. Clean, tons of organized events, free WiFi, although they need more bandwidth as there are tons of people here in the winter and you get knocked off quite often.
Very nice people running the park and living here.
