Great community for 55+. The managers Joel and Cherie Ball are great. It is close to anything you want. It is clean, attractive and has nice club house and pool. I am happy we choose to buy our modular here. Nice neighbors

This is a great place to live. Convenient and close to every thing. It's affordable senior living.

Their residents dont care for neighbors to have visitors. Strictly 55+

Its Wal-Mart.....unless its horribly dirty they are all the same

Ok Clean and friendly

Well, since I looked at it, I liked it and more because at night it's illuminated, it has a pool and the water is warm, it has its bathrooms. And the water comes out very clean. I like it. I love it. The manallers are cool. Another thing is the mailbox The post office is out hunting. And the people are nice
