Was a nice place to live but things are changing...Cost is getting high to stay here. Many are having to leave cause they can't afford the increase..Management in question.
This place is a horror! We had an appointment to look at a home for sale and drove two hours starting out at 11 am only to find out they sold it at 10 am and didn't have the courtesy to call us. The place it turns out is a dump with a $804.00 lot rent when Woodalls down the street is twice as nice for less than $500.00 per month. Stay away from this callous place and save yourself a heartache!
Very nice place very clean, nice park well kept. whoever manages it does a good job.
Like most retirement communities there are friendly and grumpy residents. Just smile and have a Great day regardless.
The lady that runs the place is very rude ,and disrespectful ,and talks to people terribly she also has the pool cold and won’t turn on the heater and says the solar cover to heat the pool is tore up ,so nobody can get in the pool because it’s to cold ...With the increase of rent the lady that’s managing the property should be able to afford a solar cover for the pool so pretty much the place is closed down for all activity’s!!!! I’m not sure who the owner of this place is ,but I think they should know how this lady is running there community...She’s nasty to the people that live there ,it’s disgusting how she treats the older people of the community ,and also the guest they need new management immediately and the owner of this place needs to be aware of this

Mobile homes with various ages. 55 and over. Well maintained park
Clean and quiet. Well maintained. Nice amenities inthe park for residents.
There is alot o could say about this park But the most important of all is its my family and a place i call Home. So to all my family here. Dont forget to take your meds and have a good night
The place look great on we found a mobile home and I bought it and the swimming pool Right up the block
