Beware! Booked my appointment, but when I showed up on time for it, they told me it had "disappeared" from their schedule and that they could no longer see me, despite the fact that I had received e-mail and text message reminders earlier the same day about the appointment. I had also 'confirmed' my appointment via e-mail 3 days prior to it. Better yet, the front desk lady mentioned she saw it on the calendar earlier, but then it had disappeared. And she didn't think to contact me? I'll find another dentist that takes better care of their patients and respects their time.
Very shady dentist, filled one of my cavities, then said it needed to be redone 2 years later. Didn't offer a discount for shabby work. then charged me a no show fee of 39$ when I didn't show, I'm pretty sure I sent an answer to their automated text that I couldn't make it, but I'm not 100 percent on that. I will never darken their door again, very disappointed.
The dentists and hygienists are good. Billing has a long way to go. Just went in for the second time in 3 years to have my bill corrected. I was once again charged 100% for something that insurance covered 80%. My recommendation, DO NOT PAY IN THE OFFICE, pay only AFTER you have received your EOB explanation of benefits from your insurance provider. It's a hassle to have to fix an overpayment after the fact. One would think that a professional would verify coverage with a patient's insurance company while they were sitting in the dental chair. I wonder how many patients miss this detail and ultimately overpay for dental cleanings and procedures.
This was our my son’s and mine first visit and I have to say the practice was very friendly, efficient, thorough, and I feel has a good plan of action for our dental care moving forward. I would highly recommend them based on our experience.
Great staff! I recently switched dentists not happy with my old one and I’m so glad I did! They have very advanced technology and I definitely felt like everything was extremely thorough. Updating my post since I’ve been going here a while. I’m still extremely happy with this dentist and would recommend them 100%. Very efficient and professional, but they make you feel comfortable.
Staff is great, however no consistent dentist every time you go you will see someone new..i waited 11 months for a bridge .. That is not correct ..look elsewhere
The best dental establishment I have ever been to, in all honesty. The staff are so engaging, kind and quick to respond. The dental assistants are proficient and work with so much dexterity. The same can be said for the Dentists as well. Dr. Ho is incredibly prudent and has such polished skill. I also very much appreciate that during dental procedures such as fillings, etc. he checks in frequently to ensure the comfort of his patients and offer an opportunity for pause if needed. If you choose to pursue your dental care here it is safe to say that you will be treated affably and will receive exemplary dental care.
This was my daughter's first time here, considering we just moved from Georgia. I was a little skeptical at first cause I'm use to a pediatric dentist, but My daughter absolutely loved Mrs. Ann she said she was funny and extremely nice. The whole office staff was very nice and made us feel comfortable. Thats what I call great customer service!
It was simple to find in a quiet area. Going inside the facility was nice and clean, it has a great layout and was organized. The customer service was excellent and the team could easily communicate with one another through ear pieces to help you along with the next step. Very professional and friendly. Not once did a provider leave my sight or abandoned me. The dental hygienist Ann was super awesome and she handled my mouth with care…very delicate hands and she was very comforting during my entire visit. Lastly they have different discount plans that works with the patients so that’s awesome.
I absolutely hate the dentist until I found Arlington River. They help me overcome my anxiety of coming to the dentist. They are patient and kind. The staff is amazing. I don’t leave reviews often but when you find excellent and exemplary service you scream it from the top of world. I highly recommend Arlington River Family Dental. All of the staff is amazing but I have give special mention to Andria we laugh everytime I visit and she brightens my day.
