I’ve been apart of this practice for several years. The dentist has been very attentive to my specific dental issues and my hygienist is amazing! I have very irregular shaped teeth so cleaning is a challenge but my hygienist is patient and thorough. My experience here has been very positive.
By far the best experience I've had at a dentist office. Dr. Riley is a super pro and I will be going to her from now on without hesitation. Experiences with the rest of the staff have been 100% positive start to finish. Highly recommend.
I don't know anybody who says "oh good, I get to go to the dentist today" but if they did they would be going to this wonderful place. They are friendly, thoughtful, professional, informative, not the least bit condescending or into shaming you for what you should have done. They tell you what your options are and let you make the decision that is best for you. They deserve 10 stars not just 5.
I’ve never looked forward for going to the dentist but going here has made me look forward too going!! Everyone here is so nice and makes you feel comfortable! Allison did a great and professional job cleaning my teeth and Olivia was amazing in giving me my X-rays and polishing my teeth!
The ladies here were all super sweet and welcoming, from the front desk to the dentists and assistants. I haven't been to a dentist in years out of fear and nerves and I couldn't have asked for a more comforting experience. I'll definitely be back for all my dental needs.
Showed up super early...took me right back and got to work on my teeth. Very relaxed environment. Dr Riley was very thorough and explained everything well. Went through options to help me not get anymore cavities hopefully. Scheduler for dental work very nice and helpful. Bummed I had several cavities...but my cost for getting them all fixed is good.
I have been with Dr. Arnold for over 10 years and today she has made my dreams come true!!! My retainer is gone after 15 years of having to wear one and she worked out the best plan for me. She matched my teeth perfectly!!! I’m crying tears of joy and I will be forever grateful. I no longer have to cover my smile or worry about my retainer. I am smiling from the inside out.
This is a very nice dental office. They are timely, professional, and the office is well-kept and clean. I’ve been having a lot of issues finding a dentist with my form of Medicaid in Lexington. As a poor graduate student, it’s pretty difficult to find places like that. I was able to make an appointment within a week of my 1st phone call, after calling nearly 15 other places in a 20 mile radius. I was in a traumatic car accident when I was a kid that really messed up my mouth. My parents chose to ignore it for the most part. My case is pretty complicated, and I knew that going in to getting dental work done again. The doctors at this office seemed pretty frustrated at how much work needed to be done, and seemed to be frustrated with the fact I was on Medicaid. They suggested a long treatment list of appointments - much of which will not be covered by my insurance. They were not communicative about this. They then referred me to an Oral Surgeon that was out of my provider network. I had to pay $93 dollars for that referral to tell me that I /actually/ need to get braces first, before I can get teeth extracted or removed. At this dentist office, they told me I needed the surgery first. The surgeon they referred me to thought this was ridiculous. Because this surgeon is not in network, if I were to have gotten the surgery, it would’ve cost me over $1k out of pocket, which is clearly money I do not have after all, I am on Medicaid. Maybe I did not understand the process of the work they’d like to have done, but I guess the reality is I probably can’t afford it anyway. I wish I had been given some more options by them, and shown some compassion for my financial situation. I ended up cancelling my follow up appointment because I was not even sure that was covered by insurance, and the unclear thought of having more money lost to all this really stressed me out. They may be great providers, and face to face were very kind to me for the most part. I do not recommend them for people with Medicaid.
I saw Dr. Kemper after not seeing a dentist for 3 years. I had some pretty big fears and a few concerns about my overall dental health. Dr. Kemper was so kind! She listened to me and explained everything to me in a very informative and non-condescending manor which I really appreciated!! She was thorough and answered any question I had! We came up with a plan of action and I’m actually excited to go back.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office!! I called in as a new patient with a broken tooth not excepting to be seen right away but to my surprise they made it happen!! Adrienne was so kind and helpful on the phone, Olivia was great and took care of me until Dr. Kemper came in. Dr. Kemper took amazing care of me was very gentle and explained everything along the way. Lauren was also kind and caring to set up my next appointment! I never thought that going to the dentist would be the best part of my day but it truly was. Can’t say enough good things.
