Dr. Arnold was born and raised in Marion, Illinois, where he is the second child of four. He was avid in sports, playing basketball, baseball, football and track for the Marion school district. He graduated from Marion High School in 1981, then did his undergraduate studies at Murray State University in Kentucky.
Dr. Arnold attended SIU-Edwardsville where he obtained his doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1989. He received the outstanding pediatric dental student in his senior year.
