Called to pay my bill and the representative really was unprofessional using derogatory term cause she didn’t know how to use care credit . Not worth your time and misquoted finance charge violating UDAPP compliance.

Arrowhead Dental Specialist are ok. The Dentist is super friendly and so are the Dental assistants. The front staff are friendly but they aren't reliable. As they don't respond back to phone calls or messages. They would have received 5 stars but they didn't follow through. My daughter went to see the dentist. The dentist prescribed her meds. Went to pick them up our pharmacy states that it was never called in. So I had to wait to contact the Dental office as they were closed. I left a message and when they didn't get back I called in. Talked to one of the front office ladies. She assured me she would talk to the dentist and make sure he called in and that she would contact me back. Never got any call back or anything. So needless to say you have to stay on top of them because they don't really care.

Dr Bae and her assistant, Lauren did an excellent job with my root canals. The office staff were awesome too. Having horrible experience with previous specialists, Dr Bae was a breath of fresh air. She was fun, but also very professional. She kept me reassured throughout the process, and even explained what was going on in my teeth. All in all a very pleasant experience.

My 80-year-old mother was referred here by her regular dentist as she needed an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction. Although it took us 10 days to get an "emergency" appointment, the process ended up taking Dr. Portnoff only a few minutes. Even though Mom is on blood-thinners, and I was concerned that they may send her back ANOTHER week after evaluating her, she was able to do it that day with little bleeding and only minimal pain.

Dr. Bae took care of a root canal for me and did a very nice pain free procedure
