The office staff is welcoming and the space is clean and well presented. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this practice.
I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this dentist location is extremely unprofessional, I have called multiple times to pay my bill and they never pick up. They do not have an online portal either or it’s clearly not working because I was not able to make the payment. I was charged $30 on top of my regular bill because the payment was not made on time, there was no way to make the payment because phones are not being picked up. After I explained this to the person in charge, they did not care and still went ahead and charged me and extra $30 and threatened to place me on collections. This is an abuse against the patient and is not right. Would not recommend the dentist to anyone!
I never write bad reviews but I would like to save someone else from future headache and financial strain. I came to this practice as my insurance changed and this facility was listed in network. Come to find out, I was scheduled with a dentist that was not in network at this location and got hit with a $270 bill. I have tried to contact this practice several times since by phone and email to help resolve this issue and have gotten no response and phone calls are just ignored. Terrible customer service and overall client experience.
They are very friendly and professional. I’ve been going there for the last 5yrs. I would recommend them for any of your dental needs.
Terrible experience and service. Doctor is extremely rude and dismissive of any concerns you bring to him. He’s extremely quick to shut down and disagree with anything you say, very judge mental as well. On a previous visit, i was told i had 7 cavities. I went to a separate dentist for a second opinion and asked if they noticed any cavities after. Not a single one! If you’re looking for somewhere trustworthy and not after your money, this is not the place!
They NOW show you what your cost for treatment BEFORE work is done!!! I too have been on a roller coaster ride billing and frequent staff changes.. with Town Care but advocating STRONGLY for myself solved MOST issues. 10+ stars for my hygienist Nerland who worked overtime with tenacious perfection on a discoloring problem resulting from reaction to meds.
My husband asked for a quote to get some work completed. They charged us for work that was never completed and we've called several times with no return calls to resolve the issue. We then called coorporate headquarters and no help there either. Horrible customer service!
I never leave negative reviews. If I don't like a place, I just don't return there. But when it's your health, I feel the need to warn. Please stay as far away from this place as possible. Not only is the medical staff rude and unkind, their work is bad and I believe unethical. They create issues that aren't there to make a profit with no concern to the patient. Simple procedures that shouldn't really hurt are very painful. And they're very expensive and code things oddly which means insurance doesn't cover it more money for them. Finally, our son was going for a procedure. He was nervous, so we asked if his dad could go back with him. They said no. I just can't imagine doing that to a child. Please do not go to this place. Update: I just spoke with the office. They did an additional procedure on my son that is not indicated for the presenting issue. Not by a longshot. The receptionist, because the doctor can't be bothered to call us himself, reported that it was not targeted on my son; that they do that to everyone. Understood. So you're scamming everyone. Got it.
Don’t go here. The worst service I’ve ever experienced n my life. They don’t answer your phone calls. They sell on commission and wouldn’t listen when I said I was in a financial situation and couldn’t afford a deep cleaning. Read the reviews. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation.

Are you sure you're in the right Country State or Town or Office. What are you smoking with after making a comment like you made. I have never met more caring people in an office like TownCare Dental after yesterday's visit. Go to another country and you'll appreciate Town Care Dental. Blessings to you.
