Art Gallery Owned and Operated by Artist Kenneth Lecco
Art by Lecco Gallery opened in 2003 by Kenneth Lecco in the Midtown area of Memphis, TN . In the Spring of 2016 the Gallery moved to it's new location at 532 S Cooper Street at Peabody Avenue .
The Gallery is open to the public and business hours are Thurs through Saturday 11 am to 6 pm . Closed Sundays and by Appointment Mon through Wednesday .
The Gallery will be showing and selling works of art by owner Kenneth Lecco and will feature other mediums of art by Artists to include Pottery and Sculpture .
Art by Lecco Gallery is located in the Lennox neighborhood of Midtown between Overton Square and Cooper Young Entertainment Districts . The Lennox neighborhood , dubbed the 'Cooper Connection 'is conveniently in walking distance to other shops , restaurants and bars .
Art by Lecco Gallery is a transitional Gallery as the Art represented appeals to the masses .
The Gallery will be presenting Art showings at least every three months , please watch for the calendar of events . The Gallery has an open floor plan with personal studio space on site which Kenneth Lecco creates from . the space also includes two outdoor reception areas that include ample seating and platform for bands or DJ's.
Art by Lecco Gallery on occasion will host private parties by invitation only as well as public showings . The space is also available for Artist rentals for personal exhibits and showings . Please contact the Gallery for more details .
Kenneth Lecco , through Art by Lecco Gallery has been very involved with local charities . Several times a year the Gallery travels to local events for fundraisers and awareness for many causes in the local area . It is the belief of the Gallery that charity involvement remains a top priority .
The Gallery several times year is involved in local festivals and events that include Cooper Young Fest and RiverArts Fest . Our goal moving forward is to expand to other events and festivals outside the Memphis Area .
We continue to take pride in our unique way of operating . Galleries can often be intimidating and out of reach in price points . At Art by Lecco Gallery there is something usually for everyone .Whether it be A handmade Christmas ornament during the holidays for under $15 to local pottery for under $125.00 to sculpture and works of fine art upward in many price points .
Art by Lecco Gallery will happily deliver and install any art purchases in the local area for a small fee .
