My salesman, Chris was the best. Very patient and got me every discount available. Furniture was delivered yesterday and I am very happy!! Logan and Thomas... the young men who delivered my furniture, were absolutely wonderful... very polite and professional! Very knowledgeable in moving heavy large furniture! They took care not to damage my furniture when bringing it in. The BEST!
I was impressed by the state-of-the-art diagnostic tool to help me find the mattress best for me. I was also impressed by my saleswoman, Melissa, who was not only friendly and personable, she was very professional and thorough and made sure I had all the information I needed. She offered me every option without pressure. She made the entire experience very enjoyable, and I feel sure I am going to love my new bed. The store offered a great selection. I had not thought about a bed that was adjustable, but when I tried it, I had to have it. Thanks for having such great products.
I just had my couch delivered yesterday and so far it’s been a great experience. The salesman at the store was very helpful and it was very easy. The delivery guys showed up a little early, and were friendly and professional! They were quick and made sure I was happy before they left. The cushions are a little hard, but that will just take some time to break them in. The material seems sturdy. I’m overall happy with my experience!
We had a great experience in purchasing our living room from them. We were happy with the price, the quality and the service. The sales associate was very helpful and she made dozens of runs to the computer to check whatever options and combinations of features we asked about. We didn't feel pressured in any way and we got exactly what we planned on getting. Delivery was spot on schedule and was done very professionally.
Sales staff allowed ample time for us to shop. They offered assistance but didn’t pressure sale. My biggest concern/frustration with the sales lady was that she misrepresented how long it would take for my furniture to be delivered. She said, when placing an order like ours, many people get their furniture in 2 weeks but it could take 4-6 weeks. We explained we were having our entire family to our home and would need it ‘no later than 6 weeks’. She guaranteed it would arrive within 6 weeks but probably sooner. When we hadn’t heard from ArtVan by week 6 we called them. We got the run around by a couple different people. One person said it could be 2-4 more weeks. As we were in need of the furniture and no help in sight we inquired about canceling our order and shopping elsewhere. That’s when we were told that we would face a 25% restocking fee. Wait!!!what!!! There was no restocking involved because Art Van had never delivered our furniture. They said that’s the customary rate for special orders. Again, I expressed my frustration that ArtVan had failed us as a customer and not delivered our furniture at the agreed upon time frame. Long story short they did deliver the furniture at about the 8 week mark. Yesterday we received our furniture. It was supposed to be a couch and love seat. The couch arrived and looked great. The love seat was not the piece we ordered. We were told to use the love seat and AV will build us the correct one. The delivery guys did a great job and were on time. It also seemed like the cost of the extended warranty was too expensive, so we passed on that.
At first I was upset because after walking around the store twice no sales personnel was even acknowledging me. I went in to purchase a mattress so upon my third walk through Kyle Morgan, an associate that was with another customer asked if I was being helped, when I said no he said to give him five minutes. It took about 15, but then Kyle spent an hour with me to help me get the perfect mattress. Kyle has top notch customer service skills. He was kind, considerate, thorough and knowledgeable of the products. I did purchase a mattress set, with my choice of delivery date, but I'm still disappointed in Art Van for not having staff that are paying attention to people.
Clean and friendly. Yeah they probably charge a little more for their furniture but you can't beat the 0% interest. Have to watch for quality, you can be burned.
I always have a excellent experience when I come in this location. Kyle Morgan always makes sure I get the best that suits me. He was very informative and knowledgable of the product. I've bought a little bit of everything from there because of service like his. He did an Outstanding job, very friendly and welcoming, made me feel comfortable.
My experience at the Jackson, Mi. store was what most consumers hope for. My salesman Jacob introduced himself, asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, then let us look around on our own so we never felt pressured or watched. I found the perfect sofa, then asked Jacob to give me all the info about warranties, availability, and shipping. It was a true pleasure working with Jacob. I hope delivery and setup go just as smoothly. Thank you Jacob, and Art Van!
