I've been here twice always helpfull and ready but will give you space if you tell them you are just browsing which is very nice. They were understanding to budget constraints and when I noticed they actually were selling the model couch I was trying to replace because a part of the sectional was damaged they helped me order just order the piece of the sectional I needed instead of trying to upsale to a whole new couch which is so very appreciated. They hauled away the broken piece for a small fee too. Thanks guys!!!!!
One year ago we purchased a dining room set, on delivery day the driver drove off of the road entering the drive, destroying our culvert. A wrecker arrived pulling the delivery truck out, they returned to Greencastle and delivered our furniture the next day. We were told that the damage would be repaired. After six months and no communication, I called, emailed and provided pictures to the owner Eric. After waiting three more months for the promised repair work I decided to have the repairs done at my cost. Still to this day, one year later, I have never received any calls, emails, or any other type of communications. Character is defined as “mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual”. This was our first and last experience with Furniture AwareHouse!
We looked for months for a new living room set all over central Indiana and couldn’t find the color and style we wanted. Low and behold, the perfect set was down the street at Furniture Awarehouse. They had so many options on varying price levels. When we moved and wanted a sectional, we went right back. The owner’s son walked around with me, helping me measure and picture the sectional in my room. He was so patient and kind. We will never go anywhere else.
We was shopping for a new couch with my 2 year old who isn't hard to get along with but karen was extra helpful and way more understanding of my child than she had to be. Even helping her up on the couch we was looking at!!! By far the best experiance i have had shopping for anything in years. Really feels like a friendly family store. The couch we found was great to and with free delivery it couldn't be beat in price. Thank you guys so much for all the help!!!
Couch, flawless, ottoman, flawlessbetter than I thought, tv stand.....solid wood. Sturdy. Damage on top and the lock on the center doors don't latch tight. Overall 4.5 Staff was also friendly and offered to carry couch cushion to see if different pieces would match.
We have purchased a lot of furniture from Furniture AwareHouse over the years and have always been pleased with the product and with the service. For MANY years we always worked with Joe Miles and he was just awesome. Recently we purchased two mattresses and worked with Karen Evans. Karen is a great sales representative but also a great friend. Scott Davis, the owner, has always been helpful as well. Thank you that we can buy locally! Love it! I would highly recommend you check them out if you haven't already!
Our experience with Furniture AwareHouse was exceptional. Exceptional in a very good and beneficial sense. They offered a broad variety of brand name, quality home furnishings and complemented their products with knowledgeable and welcoming/pleasant salesmanship. Delivery service was equally exceptional -- timely, careful, pleasant and efficient. With salesperson Eric Davis we enjoyed the best of care and service and offer up a *FIVE STAR* recommendation for Furniture AwareHouse.
My wife and I bought our first furniture set from here. We absolutely love it! The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. Delivery to our home was very professional and they took steps to ensure the furniture made it in safely.
Great local place! No wait for furniture. We went in got what we wanted and took it home. With Covid, that just isnt happening these days
Love their knowledgeable and helpful staff. Never have felt like I'm being 'sold' something when shopping at Furniture AwareHouse. It's obvious they're just helping me find what I want/need and not trying to sell me on something different. There delivery guys have always been on time and professional everytime we've had a delivery.
