My sweet brother is amazing he sent me this gorgeous bouquet and without a doubt, the most beautiful flowers I have ever had delivered. I have arranged flowers many times before I've even taken classes for floral design. I was delighted with these. Whoever arranged them put a lot of love in them. And the gentleman that delivered him was very very nice.
I received a stunning floral arrangement more than a week ago from Artistic First Florist. I called Amy, the owner, to convey my delight about how stunning it continues to be more than a week after it was delivered. As it turns out, she uses a very high-quality floral food which keeps the blooms at their peak, all you need to do is add water. As a flower lover, what joy this arrangement has brought to me!
Absolutely blew our expectations out of the water both times. She did a phenomenal job putting together flowers for a very special occasion. Definately put Artistic First at the top of your list for a quality floral arrangement.
This place is a rip off - I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from out of state. The picture off the website $150 all in was what I ordered, the picture on the table is what I received. I'll never order from them again!! Thank you for your reply, but you must be confusing me with someone else - I placed my order on Friday and you made no conversation about swapping out anything. I notice you reply quickly to negative reviews and place blame on your customers - shame on you!
My favorite florist in Vero! They always make the best arrangements and the deliveries are on time and great experience.
I ordered a get well arrangement for a friend online. It was delivered within 2 or 3 of hours and was even better than advertised!
I ordered mother's day flowers for my mother-in-law who lives in Vero Beach. I placed my order on Wednesday, 5/6, with an expected delivery of Monday 5/11. I was bummed that she would get her flowers after mother's day, but I understood since I placed my order so late. She received her order today, 5/9, a day before mother's day! And the arrangement is beautiful! Thank you for the exceptional service when we can't be near our loved ones. If you are ordering out of state, or locally, I highly recommend Artistic First Florist.
*Edit updated to 1 star after talking with Amy. Wow I have NEVER been talked to so horribly. After calmly explaining that the flowers were not what I had ordered she said "We upgraded the flowers to something different and more beautiful, how could you not like them?" I told her they were beautiful but just not what I ordered "Well we do this with all our roses and its better than the picture you ordered from" this went on until I just asked for a refund...Litterally I cannot believe the way this was handled. If you buy from here I hope you like what you get because any complaint and they treat you horribly!! Two stars because the flowers are still pretty but this looks NOTHING like what I ordered. Now that I'm looking at reviews, I see similar things posted but I have already given these as a gift and I'm not going to take them back. Dang, for $135 I would have liked to have recieved what I actually paid for...
Artistic Florist is the BEST! I have been getting Floral Arrangements for years from them and I am always in awe seeing the wonderful and beautiful bouquets Amy and her team create The best florist!! Also, the Birthday Marquee outside is such a fun touch, love how they make birthdays extra special with displaying your name.
I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day and the flowers are still looking good! I used to work in the industry and have to say how impressed I am with the arrangement she received. My mom said the roses looked like icing and she just wanted to eat them!! Truly beautiful and healthy flowers. Thank you! I will be ordering from here again.
