Why bother ordering from them? I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 special bouqets early am on Valentines Day on their website because it said it could be delivered same day. I put in the correct address and both orders never arrived. Where it was placed was at the wrong building bldg 400 but was delivered to bldg 455, why? and one of the balloons was totally deflated so it kinda killed the whole surprise effect and excitement of the whole purpose for the gift in the first place. So unhappy and frustrated by this company. Similar to what many other reviews mentioned, noone seemed to care. I called and texted and noone answered. Luckily I had received a call earlier from the driver, so I called that number and only received 1 reply. So frustrating. Killed the whole mood. My girlfriend had to drive all around looking for it and felt uncomfortable going to people's door to retrieve it. Then to find a completely limp balloon? I appreciated the same day delivery for sure, but please deliver to correct home and ensure your balloons dont deflate.
Amazing florist, beautiful arrangement, incredible customer service. This team is top tier and I’ll definitely use them again. It can be difficult and stressful sending flowers from out-of-state and Vero Beach Florist made the whole process easy and stress-free. Chelsea was inspiring and really went above and beyond with her care. I will be incorporating this experience in our next staff meeting on Customer Service and what separates good from great. Thank you, seriously, for a wonderful experience.
You know you found a great flower shop when you choose Designer's Choice and they knock it out of the ball park! Look at these beauties!!! Love the cube container for this time of year; very tasteful. Flowers are fresh and colorful. I highly recommend.
Beautiful arrangement. I ordered online and they followed up with a few questions to be sure they did what I wanted. Would definitely use them again.
I paid over $130 and this is what my mother got a day late! Looks like it was what was dropped on the floor. Even my mother said, if she could drive she would return them. So disappointed!
I called in May, 2020 and purchased a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. She never got the flowers even though I received an email that they were delivered. I tried calling 100x but they never answered phone calls or emails. I was never refunded the money. So I called this year to send her flowers again and was able to speak with someone. They said they would credit me and send flowers to my mother today for her birthday. She never got them and they don't answer their phone. I would strongly not order flowers from this business.
Never returned my call! My husband ordered Mothers Day flowers and had them delivered to our house and they were already wilting. We just had twin boys 2 months ago and this is my first Mother’s Day. He paid over $100 for them. He specifically ordered a boutique with lilies knowing they are my favorite and a teal blue vase. The flowers I received were not only dying but there were no lilies and in a purple vasehe knows I hate purple. I called the shop with my complaint twice and I have not received a call back. The gal that answered the phone said she would have to have the owner call me back. I wanted to reach out to the shop to see if they could make it right before writing a review. When my phone call was never returned I took that as they didn’t care to make a happy customer.
I ordered flowers for my parents surprise wedding anniversary party and they delivered them a week early. I sent an email and left a phone message and got no reply. I thought that the least they could do was apologize. My Mother did say the flowers were beautiful.
Place my order 2 days before Valentine's Day and they still couldn't deliver the day of or the day after. I was going to ask my fiance to marry me on Valentine's Day and they ruined it. Customer service sucks don't recommend them to anybody
Zero stars. I placed an order online, paid, and received a receipt by email which said I would be notified when it was delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I called them at least 6 times during the time the time the shop claimed to be open, and no answer or way to leave a message. I sent them an email asking green to contact me and they never responded. Really bad service.
