I'm upset with the school as a student because they do not try to help there students. I have explain to them that I am homeless and that I need additional assistance and support. They have not offered any type of support for there students. You get very limited anything here, only 2 shirts to go to classes 6 days a week, and then they give you all your school supplies Bug they only give you 1 white manican to cut his hair but not a black manican to learn for your barbering. It's like they are trying to cut costs down every which way but they should be trying to ask for funding for the students so they can have a better success. Some people are doing well here but as I talk to them most live with there parents or with other family members most people here have outside support but they don't offer any assistance for the students who do no get that type of help. Many of us had to take a leave of absence from the school and while we attend they get on to us about a dress code enforcement not knowing some us can barely afford gas money or afford to get a ride to make it to this class. A lot of us go to the dollar store and buy Ramen to eat just to have something on our stomachs. I think they should really work with the students more to there specific needs not every student has the same situation and not every student can make ends meet if the school doesn't offer the programs and resources for the student to succeed. You have to carry around all of your items your given to and from class no one ever tried to organize the lockers or make anything clear about what's really going on. It's absolutely no structure. I'm really disappointed in that part. Hopefully things get better by the time I'm returning
It was my first time getting a gel manicure, and Kate F. did an amazing job. I told her I wanted something blingy for an event I had coming up and she picked out the perfect color it matches my dress perfectly and even added a few little diamonds to make it stand out. I highly recommend supporting this school and booking Kate F. for manicures and pedicures. You won't be disappointed.
Samantha A. did an amazing job on my gel manicure. It was my first time getting a manicure instead of acrylics, and she really made it a great experience for me. I told her I wanted a Valentine’s heart theme and she definitely understood the assignment I highly recommend supporting this school and booking Samantha for manicures and pedicures.
My daughter and I went in today and received a Manicure pedicure OMG the service was fantastic we see the Desynornae and Gabby two nail tech student listen these two are ready for the real their were professional and did a fantastic job Gabby massage my daughter’s fingers all while talking to her asking her what color she like she took her time she was super amazing with my eight year old daughter. Nae was quick and smooth. The Instructor penny is supportive of the students it was nice and clean and it really felt like a salon atmosphere I will be returning to use their services. Definitely ask for Nae or Gabby. I may use their hair services you can not beat the $4 fee
No appointment necessary, they get you in right away, offer a wide variety of services. Friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Denise Elma for a wash & silk press service. My hair is very course she provided a protein treatment and oh my god my hair turned out so flat without damaging my hair
I went in looking like dirty carpet was on on my head to silky straight hair. Dominique completed my service of excellence I am thrilled. She went above my expectations. What makes me say this.... I have 4c hair she was very gentle worked the hair tips to scalp small detail but this is the correct way to detangle your hair blow dried correctly and then proceeded to straighten thin even strokes with the flat iron. I must say I am not this patient with my own hair. I will be a regular from this point forward
