I’ve been enjoying spa services and purchasing great skin care products from this wonderful medical spa for over a year now. I try to go at least once per quarter for a great facial and dermaplaning. There are so many other offerings I look forward to trying in the future! Kristy is my Skincare Guru! She is so knowledgeable, and has a caring manner which makes your spa experience even better. Kristy answers my questions about my skincare without pressuring me, or making me feel like my questions are silly. Everyone at this spa is wonderful, and treatments they offer as well as the products they carry will truly enhance your ability to take care of your skin, and always look your best. I had the precision plus peel with Kristy. She does a wonderful job. Kristy makes sure your face is prepared properly prior to the application, she takes pride in her work. I can't say enough good about the job she does. The receptionist is always very nice. In addition, the spa is super clean!

I got a microdermabrasion with Samantha. She was excellent and listened to my skin needs and problems. She understood my skin sensitivity. The procedure felt like slightly rough sandpaper. The squeezing of my blackheads did hurt though but it was worth it. The gentle facial and shoulder massage felt great. The products smelled great and were very gentle. My skin looked a lot more clear and felt great! I bought the product line. There is no "hard sell" or "upselling" here. Highly recommend! This was my first time here.

Wonderful place. I had a wonderful morning. I received four services and they were all great. My personal favorites were the facial and massage. The facial was my absolute favorite. Manicure and pedicure were both nice as well. Staff was very pleasant. The only thing was that the robes were a little itchy but that was no big deal to me. I'll definitely be coming back and referring friends and family.

This place is amazing!!! The staff made me feel so comfortable and at home, I am looking forward to going back again very soon! I have been to other places in the past and the atmosphere felt awkward, the people here go far beyond their duty to make sure you feel very welcome. My massage was great. Arraine did my facial peel and make up consultation, she was really good with everything she did, I am definitely going to ask for her next time

I received a 30 minute Swedish massage by DJ. He was very professional and nice. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. The environment was well maintained and decorated. I enjoyed myself very much and plan on coming back for more treatments.

Used to go here for my Brazilian waxing until they stopped offering this service a few years ago. So imagine my surprise when I saw it being offered again when searching for a waxing service location! I was so happy I booked an appointment ASAP without a care for the price. Well, today I tried to see if they had any slots available for the following day in order to switch days. The lady who picked up informed me that this service is NOT offered and that when someone books said service they wait until the day before the appointment to call the customer! Really?! WTH?! She then told me they only offer a "modified bikini" waxing. Ummm, that's NOT what the website shows! Good thing I didn't wait until the last minute and decided to call to schedule an earlier slot, had I not done that, I'd not have been able to book somewhere else at such short notice. Major disappointment!

I've been coming to the spa for 4 years, have always had get service and they have always friendly and helpful. Kristy is the BEST.
